Initial contact was good. However, I have been a customer for around 7 or so years and then I would have rated you 10. The return experience was very good but the follow up with a mistake by yourselves when I was asked to pay for the return (being reimbursed by yourselves) on receipt was not good customer service. Another representative responded to the message a few days later and offered to have the device picked up which is what should have been offered initially. At times it would be easier to speak to a representative. Thanks

Bought the LED mask in a bid to improve my skin in the lead up to my wedding. Noticeable difference after only a few weeks. Easy to use and great product.

Quick delivery. I have used the machine twice so far but did not get immediate and obvious results I was expecting. Maybe I'm not using the device correctly and might need to spend more time going through the how to videos. Having said that I still have high hopes for it. It would have been so nice for the device to come with a small storage bag 🙂

I had purchased a Smoothskin ipl device from currentbody. It was my first purchase from overseas and my first experience was horrible. I had made a trustpilot review for the same. But this time, it was completely different. My ipl device was facing serious issues, I was worried as it was an imported item and after quite a many email exchanges currentbody made arrangements for a brand new device to be shipped to me (my device was covered in 6 months warranty under the policy of currentbody, an amazing policy I must say). A special mention to Zubda, a currentbody team member who was extremely helpful and understood the matter seamlessly and even helped me with customs. Overall it was a very contrasting experience compared to the first time one.
I purchased this item on May 2nd for shipment to Oslo, Norway, with an expected arrival date of around May 7th. As of today, I still have not received it.
I loved that the shipping Was fast, Also if Was nice to have updates, because we had public holidays in between delivery, so i didnt have to guess where my package Was.

The mask is really comfortable to wear and the instructions are clear. I normally have really sensitive eyes when it comes to light, but the mask hasn't caused any issues. Results I have seen in just 10 days are: brighter skin, improved clarity, reduced fine lines and wrinkles, less inflammation.

The mask arrived quickly and packaged well. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and my skin is feeling and looking a little bit more plumped. I've taken before and after pictures, so I can really see what's changing. I love how it fits into my nighttime skin routine and I find it very calming. I also love how simple it is to use and how portable it is. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants something simple but effective.
