I recently purchased some new equipment through Mathew Nadin who was extremely helpful and provided accurate and prompt options and responses. We also had an issue with a delivery and James (Business Support Dorset) went over and above to query the issue with the delivery company and arrange a quick resolution. Both of them provided outstanding customer service and I'll be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

Haven been using Currys Business for years. Why would I go elsewhere? Service is excellent, support is great. Alex Chaves at Slough has been excellent since I started dealing with him and his team. I get the best products delivered at definitely the best prices. Even our accounts team like dealing with their back office.
Went through the entire process to discover that they need a utility bill - which a lot of start-up SMEs just aren't going to have. Waste of time.

shocking customer service following on from weeks of emails and no one bothers to pick up the phone seems they're only interested in positive reviews: todays response when i requested a phone call having also been sent my phone call when still in order process! Absolutely worst experience ever will never use currys again took my delivery money chose my slot date and to be told that it won't be delivered on that day in the live chat asked to be put through to a manager and they said no because the manager will say the same how disgusting the people you have working for you it is my right to ask for a manager will be taking this further
