Good service from one of the staff. But the first two lads who I asked for help was more important in talking to them selfs and didn't know much about the difference between TV model's so I rang my brother up who helped me more.

I have made 2 separate purchases within the last 4 weeks and on both occasions the members of staff could not be faulted. They were able to help me buy the products best suited to my requirements, were knowledgeable about the products, polite and efficient. I am really pleased with both purchases, and this will be a store I prioritise if I need to buy electrical items in the future.

The Currys store in Stoke On Trent . The service u received was terrible . No one helped me at all I have limited space for a washing machine . No one could help me at all . Over 2 hours was spent in store .

Bought Beko cooker. Paid for delivery and recycling. Confirmation from Currys explicitly confirmed the delivery crew would unpack and take away packing. They simply refused saying they were not allowed to unpack.
When asked for a safe place to be delivered I said in the shed and the delivery driver left it in the recycling bin outside my house easily could’ve been stolen. Unacceptable when a safe place was available and specified
