I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. I have always appreciated their commitment to their customers, their communication, and their willingness to do custom orders. My last order delivered by the local florist was unacceptable. The flowers were the wrong color and not fresh. Cyber-florist made it right! They had the florist deliver a new bouquet, and my girl was thrilled with the new, still blossoming flowers! Another success story for Cyber-florist! Thanks to the whole team!

In the website they accepted the order with my requested date, yet later that day they contacted me to say they could not make it eventually. They did offer to cancel the order but i didnt have time to schedule a different one elsewhere. I ordered the "florist choice" fruit basket, It wasn't very impressive and quite costly
Terrible service. Delivered completely different flowers with different papers than ordered. On their website says that they refund or send correct flowers if you have problems with your order. But of course no refund,no new flowers. And no answers from them. Never use this service!
Nice website design, flowers were beautifully arranged and absolutely perfect! My girl loved them ordered from.the United States and delivered to Brazil....seemless.
Everything went smoothly. The flowers were beautiful. Our only slight issue is that the chocolates had a slightly off odor.
