Great customer service - love my necklaces from this brand but one of them recently broke. Elena was really helpful, she replied within a few hours and replaced my necklace free of charge due to the 2 year warranty.

I buy all my jewellery from Daisy! Modern but also timeless jewellery I just don’t bother to look anywhere else !!! They also have excellent customer service and delivery 🙂
If you're outside the UK, order from Monica Vinader instead - at least you'll get your jewellery delivered express to your door, all customs included in the price.
Daisy is my favourite jewellery brand, I can always rely on the quality of the jewellery and I love their unique designs. The packaging feels luxurious and shipping is super fast - perfect for people like me who leave gift buying until last minute!
I contacted customer service due to an issue with a product and the experience was amazing. No questions were asked and a replacement was sent straight away. Definitely recommend Daisy.

My earring broke and I contacted Daisy London who replied really quickly and immediately said they’d be happy to replace the earrings - even though I couldn’t remember exactly how long I’d had them. Communication with them was fab right from the start and I couldn’t ask for better customer service!

I ordered jewellery to Germany but my order never arrived, apparently it was stuck in customs. When I asked what the status is and if there’s anything I needed to do, I got a refund (which is good I guess). However I was really disappointed as I really looked forward to receiving the items for myself and as a gift.
Fabulous jewellery, which I have been purchasing and enjoying for years, for myself and my daughters. I was worried when Fabulous closed down but I need not have worried! It is rare to experience such pleasure and satisfaction from purchasing online. The jewelry is exquisite and originally designed. International shipping is fast and priced reasonably.
