It was easy to order, I got free delivery which always attracts me to buy but was annoyed that within days I was offered 20% off, which would have been quite a discount on my order.b

I ordered two tops, one pair of trousers and some knickers. The Sloggi knickers were fine, I’ve had them before. The tops both had to be returned as the fit was far from good. Both of them were too big on the top and very tight on the hips. I’ve not had this problem before. The trousers didn’t arrive and after an email from customer services the order was cancelled and I was told to reorder. I have not reordered as I would have to pay postage again plus more postage if they had to be returned. I think Damart need to rethink their postage costs as many companies now offer free postage and returns
Having been a Customer for 28 years I think that speaks for itself. I have lots of lovely clothes which are often admired. Items always arrive quickly and Returns also. Highly recommend.

I found the whole experience of ordering so easy. I telephoned with my order rather than use the internet and I was really impressed with the colleague on the phone and their accounts lady. Nothing was too much trouble for them: easy to understand and very obliging.
I am always amazed how quickly I receive your deliveries. Items are always good quality and mostly everything is true to size given.
Have bought from Damart for a number of years ans I find that the quality of the items I have bought are really good. I usually buy items which are on sale as I do find some items are a bit pricey. I have never been disappointed with anything I have bought.
Good range of styles and items to suit most. Many womens sizes (although still not all) are now individual (size 12 or 14) as opposed to multi size 12/14,the former gives much better fit.
