UPS delivered yesterday to a person that wasn't me, which is explicit on the delivery proof since it is not my name! Contacted Daniel Wellington via their chat and the only answer they are giving me is they will check with UPS. Expected my order as a gift to offer this coming week-end. They are not even bothering trying to find me a solution to make-up for the trouble. It's obvious they couldn't care less about their customers! First experience that I will never reiterate. What a joke!

Ho ordinato una collana tennis sul sito, son stati velocissimi e i prodotti son bellissimi. Ho apprezzato molto la tempestività, il prodotto è intatto. Non risultano problemi, mi sento solo di fare un piccolo accorgimento sul come vengono incartati o inscatolati i regali. Più che altro per il mio acquisto molto delicato, essendo una collana molto sottile e piena di brillantini incastonati. La prossima volta consiglio di usare una scatola lunga essendo una collana o anche una spugnetta. Diciamo qualcosa per cui la collana possa restare dritta ed evitare che si incurvi. Sto cercando in tutti i modi di tenerla dritta usando un altra scatola in mio possesso perché letteralmente la collana è stata buttata all’ interno di un sacchetto appallottata e messa nella scatolina quadrata, ma appena l’ho aperta i brillantini continuavano a girarsi. Avendo speso 80€ mi aspettavo solo più cura. Spero che non farete più un errore del genere e che possiate usare le spugnette o le scatoline adatte. Per il resto tutto bene, non delude mai.

I returned my item using the instructions and had a tracking number. I know the item was received at the warehouse but I’ve not received a refund despite following up multiple times. Avoid this company.
I ordered Petite Lumine Pressed Melrose watch for my wife. 2 days after I ordered, watch came on sale. I informed the customer service team and they gave me a refund of the sale amount. After we received the watch, my wife didn’t like it. Strap had a metal smell which stayed back on the body, so I wrote back to the customer service to return the product. I was advised by customer service rep (Pete) to send it back using the return label provided in the box. I followed the same instruction and sent it back in original packaging in same condition as it arrived. All of this happened between Nov 23, 2023 and Dec 10, 2023, from placing the order to returning the watch. I have been following up since, and Pete is asking for return label tracking number, else they will not refund my money. This order was for my wife’s birthday, neither did she get to keep her gift and we lost our money too, as I am losing hope from this company. Would advise everyone to stay away from this company, as they sell cheaply made products and keep your money even post returning the product. I lost money to give a gift to my wife. I couldn’t buy her another gift as my money was never refunded.
I posted a comment and have been in touch with DW team but still they are not allowing me to return/exchange the watch. Now what's the point of keeping an expensive watch. I have never dealt with such an unsatisfied service. Thought they will do something.
Purchased my product on December 27th 2023 and made full payment. It is February 27th 2024 and I still haven't received my product. Please don't order from them. The swindle you of your money. Tough times I guess. And don't expect a clear response from them.
Terrible communication and have not received my product. I have emailed customer service 3 times now and each time they are not actually reading what the problem is with the delivery/ delivery company, so are replying with something completely unhelpful.
Good watch, but totally different strap than what is showed on the picture. I choosed the watch: CLASSIC ST MAWES. On the pictures it is nice dark brown, but in reality it is an awful brown, that look almost orange.
Wanted to get a new strap and wasn't sure which would fit. Got on the chat and was assisted by Josie promptly. Not only was she extremely helpful, she also offered me a discount code. Everything was communicated within 5mins. Thank you and keep up the great work!

What a time piece, even with the difficulties we went through checking out from SA i have finally recievedd my watch
The website advertises "Free Returns" and this reassured me to buy rings even though I cannot try them on. When I got the rings, the sizes were too big so I returned them to purchase the right size but they gave me $15-$20 less in my return. Turns out that if it's not a quality issue, they deduct a shipping fee from the return and you won't know this until you go to their fine print. It's unfair that they advertise on their main page "Free Returns on all orders" and they do this in the end...Lost my trust
