Charged £4.95 for delivery and then another £2.95 to return unsuitable item! On a £15 item it was barely worth taking the risk and at this cost I probably won't again!

The jacket was as described. It has a good shape, the hood could be fitted to give more protection in poor weather. It was delivered as advised. I was pleased with the service.

Somehow the parcel got the wrong postcode on it and was returned.Dsre 2b help line were very good and answered my email and explained the situation. I have reordered with the right post code . Help line very good
The item came within 2 days of ordering despite placing the order late in the day. Jacket is of excellent quality and is both a good fit and keeps the wearer perfectly dry despite the heavy April showers!
Ordering as expected. From their downhill. Rubbish delivery from Evri and the customer service at Dare2b was just as bad. I made the point numerous times as to why what Evri were doing or not doing was unacceptable. I eventually got my refund but the whole thing was just a complete waste of time.

Before purchasing the jacket I asked if it would be suitable for trail running as this is the main activity I intended to use it. Unfortunately this turns out not to be true, and I can't return the item because it has been used. I feel deliberately mislead so the company could get a sale.
