We bought 2 sofas from Darlings of Chelsea, the staff in the Surrey branch were really polite and helpful during our 2 visits and also with follow-up communications after we had placed an order. Delivery time was a little longer than advertised but we had been warned that this would be the case. All in all a very positive experience.

Ordered 2 sofas March 31st. At time of ordering we were informed a lead time approx 8-10 weeks. Expecting delivery end of May/start of June. Providing plenty time to decorate - excellent! Much to our surprise we received an email on Friday 26th April that our ORDER WAS COMPLETE; expect the delivery company to be in touch. Delivery company were in touch with us within 90 minutes and provided delivery date of May 1st..... Crikey - no decorating done.....so 4 days of hard graft to get the room ready for the impending delivery of sofas. Disposing of old sofas etc..... No mean feat given we expected delivery so much later but also excited at the anticipation of the arrival of the new furniture. Much to our disappointment, delivery company arrive today with only 1 sofa...... Contact Darlings of Chelsea to find out what exactly is going on. "Oh we emailed you retrospectively to inform you that only 1 sofa would arrive" Next question "when will the other sofa arrive". Response was, that they don't envisage the 2nd sofa to be with them until w/c May 27th. So we are 1 sofa down.......my husband worked his backside off to accommodate your timelines...!! C'mon Darlings of Chelsea - you made an error in your initial communication informing us that our order was complete. Pick up the phone and make contact with the Customer. Ask me, do I want partial delivery or all at once. Think about the Customer experience here. As a result, another day off work will need to be taken to wait for another delivery - something we did not anticipate.. Yes, we missed the retrospective email, as we had already arranged delivery, how were we to know it was only 1 sofa. As far as we were concerned, it was only 1 order!! Do you think we would to have deliveries so far apart? Please take accountability for the lack of Customer Service here. Your products are not cheap, with that in mind Customers expect a much better service.
Nice showroom, easy to purchase, prompt delivery and friendly staff. Sofa was as expected very nice and delivered by professional team so very pleased with Darling’s of Chelsea.

We brought a sofa with the Ash Vale store, Nicole the sales lady was very helpful. We had a hiccup and this was sorted promptly by Kent. Lovely sofa really comfortable.
I visited the Darlings of Chelsea showroom and it was a great atmosphere. Staff were really polite and helpful especially Keno. Weighing my options at the moment but Darlings is heavy favourite

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Darlings of Chelsea and especially Mo. From my initial inquiry to delivery their customer service has been exceptional! Mo has been absolutely amazing to deal with throughout. He spent time on the phone and by email checking and rechecking the measurements and the set up of the sofa bed we ordered. He also sent us colour swatches before he confirmed the order for us so we could double check our colour choice and he was right as we changed our mind on the colour after receiving the swatches! Delivery was made ahead of schedule and the quality of the sofa is fantastic. We are so so happy with it and definitely made the right choice in ordering from Darlings of Chelsea. Thank you!

The sofa is excellent, but the experience before getting it was truly nerve-wracking.
Excellent and prompt customer service! Unfortunately one of the wooden legs on my sofa split. I reported this to the store on Thursday morning, 2 hours later I had been contacted by customer service and a replacement leg had been ordered. I was blown away when it arrived in the post the very next day! From reporting it to receiving the new leg, in less than 24 hours. Yes, the sofas are pricey, but if you can back that price up with excellent customer service, then I'll be a repeat customer for life! Highly recommend!
