Being a new customer I ordered a polo shirt and shorts. I was communicated with very well and quickly received a Royal Mail tracking emails and my 48hr package arrived then next day, I was most impressed. Less impressive was my ability to get the right size as both items were one size too big. I then sent back the goods FOC with an exchange document (came in the original package) and within a week I received my exchanged goods which now fit perfectly. I did however have to phone to see when my exchanged set of goods were coming and just took 2 times in ringing to get through. So really this was a 4.5 out of 5 stars. But all in all I am a very pleased customer. Good stuff DesignerWear.
