Mabs was amazing today! I dread going in to a shop like this because I find sales people quite intense. Mabs just let me know who he was and walked away and then answered what questions I had. I then returned to buy the sofa, he made me a coffee…everything was so quick I had to finish the coffee at home! Perfect.

The salesperson Hitesh was not overbearing, he was polite, informative and patient, offering us a hot drink, then left us to decide in our own lime. At no time did we feel pressured. We feel satisfied with our purchase and the experience was pleasant and positive 🤗

Dont beleive everything you see with this company. We bought online a modular sofa and recliner (The Wanda Range) the only thing is , the recliner is not modular. They advertise on there website that its all modular, went to the store to confirm this at milton keynes. Had to wait 4 months for the the suite and then only to find out that the recliner is fixed and can't be added to the modular sofa. If that is not mis-selling i dont know what is. Will be reporting this to trading standards very soon. It was a very expensive suite and our belief was that it was modular as the website states this. Complained to the aftercare guy who phoned up (and was very unhelpful) to ask if all was ok but he said there is nothing they could do. This is the way they come set up. We could get a refund but will still have to pay £100 for them to come and pick it up. We do not want a refund we want what we paid for and that is a modular recliner as stated on your website DFS!.
