Priscilla from Diamond CBD has been a blessing. I have had terrible experiences with online sales. Companies have different policies for reshipping products . I had a package with at around 7 hundred dollars worth of items in it delivered somewhere else. She helped me resolve my issue. I got a package that wasn’t right. I had her personally contact me back to help. Time after time she had helped me out and truly polite to me. You have a wonderful employee that kept me with trading with your business. The best customer service I have ever had. I’m asking you to pat her on the back acknowledging how happy she kept a Very loyal customer.

Been using Diamond CBD a long time

Been using Diamond CBD a long time. Probably about 4-5 years. Never had a problem except for the occasional lost package from Fedex. Every time, Diamond just covers it without questions and they assume full responsibility even though the shipping company lost it. Just stellar customer service, products, and quality. Highly recommend!

UPDATE 2: After declining to take down this review in exchange for “special gifts” and updating the review accordingly, I found that my Diamond CBD account was blocked. I guess that’s the consequence of giving “valuable feedback.” UPDATE 1: The day after posting this review, I received a call from someone at Diamond CBD who said she was following up on the mixup on my order, which was placed over a month ago. I was told that my feedback was valuable and she mentioned it to the management team. I was also offered a box of special gifts *IF* I took this review down. I said I wouldn’t, because everything in it is true, and a gift wouldn’t change that. She told me they are “working on” fixing their order fulfillment. She also said after I place my next order I should call them and request that there be no substitutions without my authorization. I asked why they don’t just do that automatically, and was told “unfortunately they can’t.” So here’s a pro tip if you’re going to try ordering from Diamond CBD: if you want to get what you paid for, make sure to call and request that. Otherwise it’s dealer’s choice until they figure out how to handle basic inventory management and order fulfillment, and added trouble if you don’t like what they pick for you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Their products seem decent (I’m not an expert), but an item in my first order was out of stock, and they filled it with something else, calling it an “upgrade,” but without asking me first if I was okay with it. I selected my order carefully, and the item they sent was from a different category, so it was kind of like calling an apple an upgrade from an orange. Besides, I had already ordered a product from that other category, and I didn’t want two because the whole point was to try different kinds. Then I was told I’d have to send it back to get refunded, but they shouldn’t have spent my money on something I didn’t want enough to order in the first place. The whole experience was very annoying, and resulted in days of back and forth emails. In the end I couldn’t return the product because my sister opened the container, so I was stuck with it and gave it to her. The *only* saving grace of the whole experience was a customer service rep named Priscila, who went out of her way multiple times to help me. Because of her, I decided to risk another order to get the product I wanted, but I emailed her immediately after to make sure everything would be sent correctly. She looked into it and found that the warehouse team was *AGAIN* packing random “alternative” items in it, so she paused the order and only released it when they confirmed that everything was in stock and would be filled properly. She kept me updated throughout the process, but she shouldn’t have had to do that, and I shouldn’t have had to ask for it! I don’t know how Diamond CBD can consider that good business. If you’re willing to gamble on ordering from them, I hope you receive something you’re happy with, because it might not be what you paid for. I find it too annoying to deal with them when there are so many “alternative” companies out there.

Great customer service and products. Diamond CBD provides excellent customer service. So far, all of the products I've received have been really good. They package everything nicely. If problems arise with an order, they don't drag their feet in resolving the situation. I plan to do business with them for the long haul.
