We DO NOT recommend Diamond Heaven in Birmingham to go to for Jewellery. Went in January to go and purchase my wedding ring after this shop being recommended to us. We was greeted by a girl P who showed us rings, let us try several rings on and knew what she was talking about (so we thought) I then had an idea of what I wanted and we sat down to get the order in of what I wanted adding to the ring etc, all was confirmed price was confirmed we paid 50% deposit and told they will be in contact when my ring is in. Fast forward my ring comes in, myself and partner went in on Eater Sunday to collect ring, We wasn’t greeted the same way we was when we originally went in asked for P to be told she no longer works on shop floor, anyway we went and sat down at a table the lady that greeted us bought “my” ring out (she never introduced herself so no idea what her name was) opened the box with said ring in, it wasn’t the ring we ordered or anything like it. I got my phone out to show photos of original ring I tried on and explained what else it should have on it, she took photos off my phone and took it to manager, she come back and explained that P had done the order wrong and we needed to go back trying rings to find the original ring I had tried on to which we found they no longer had it there so found something close by going through the photos I had, she said there would be a price difference for the ring and will speak to Manager “S” to find out what that would be, 20 minutes passed she come back and said we would need to pay ANOTHER £1000 on top of what we had already paid to get the ring I actually wanted. I’m sorry but a mistake made on your behalf why am I having to pay more money when what I ordered in the first place was done incorrectly? S then come out and introduced herself “Sorry for what has happened but there is nothing else we can do as that is cost” no sympathy of what is happening and what should be a big achievement of us collecting wedding rings. We then decided we just wanted our money back and get out of the shop, after waiting for our money they come out and said they can’t get in contact with the director for the pin for the safe to give us cash back, nor can they do bank transfer without directors permission, so we said we would continue to wait, S again come back out and said well it is Easter Sunday nothing they can do for us today and promised it would be sorted first thing on Tuesday. Anyway today is now Thursday, after several phone calls, messages, fake promises each day that we will get our money from all different staff we have now finally got our money back after mentioning Trading Standards (funny that) The customer service we received on Sunday was next to none, no sympathy or no lets try and resolve this and start scratch, absolutely nothing… Your mistake but we had to fight to get OUR money back! I recommend you go elsewhere for your wedding rings or any jewellery for that matter.
Excellent service from start to finish! I would highly recommend using these jewellers. I was exceptionally lucky to have Gantugs and he was extremely responsive and supportive throughout the entire process of designing, making, collecting and resizing an engagement ring for my fiancée. Gantugs has a great level of expertise and I can’t thank him enough.

I had a good experience by my engagement ring from Diamond Heaven. Gantugs had been very helpful in explaining different types of diamond and material and guided me through the process of buying my ring. They also made sure that it was delivered on time.

I wanted to buy some earrings that I saw on their website but they were located in the Manchester store. The information was that I could arrange to see them in the Liverpool store if I made an appointment, which I did. The appointment was confirmed. A few days later I hopped on a train to Liverpool for my appointment. The store was empty, four staff members looked at me blankly even though I said who I was, and that I had an appointment. After a few moments one of them told me he would be dealing with me, he apologised and said they were under new management. He showed me the earrings...Wrong earrings!! He told me they were the same, but yellow gold, not white gold (so not the same then) I pointed out that the website said they were able to bring them from Manchester which was the point of me making an appointment he offered to show me something else. I had also intended to buy a diamond for a ring I wanted remodeling but I decided at this point that I was not wanting to buy anything from this store.
Going into the process, my partner and I were unsure about what type of ring or stone we wanted, as this was all very new to us. Coral made the entire experience really exciting and was very helpful throughout the entire process.
Seb from the Birmingham shop was so helpful, described my budget and the type of ring I wanted and he picked everything out perfect and got the ring ordered. Even after closing time really good customer service
