I ordered my wife an anniversary ring from Diamondere. Ordering was very easy, the ring arrived on time, and it is simply stunning! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because, while I was watching the process of this ring being done online, they never notified me when it was completed and shipped. As a result, the ring arrived on a day when my wife and I were both home - expecting no packages. We answered the door - there was her ring being delivered. Blew my surprise right out the window! However, she loved the ring!

So first things first, Like everyone else we were really skeptical due to Diamondere being an online only company. But because of all the positive reviews and reaching out to them and other people who have ordered we went for it. I ordered the Deaton with a ruby and 14k gold for my wife’s engagement ring. Once we ordered, a rep from the company reached out to us informing us of the process. The shipping came was faster than stated and when we received it, the ring was flawless. The ring itself was supposed to be a 1.08 carat ruby but instead during gem selection they sent a 1.11 carat ruby! The ring also comes with a certification from Diamondere but if that is not guarantee enough for you, there is an option to get a certification from the Gemology Institute of America, which we did. We ended up with a Ruby mined from Mozambique, Africa, so definitely the real deal. Customer service and the detail and quality of the ring is superb! I highly recommended them and glad I chose them! And if you have doubts of the company like we did, don’t they are great!

I was looking for an anniversary ring and sized my finger at a local jeweler. I searched and finally found what I was looking for on Diamondère. I ordered the ring. The whole time they were building my ring they kept me in the loop on what was going on. I got my ring by FedEx with a signature required. Even though I sized my finger, the ring was just too tight for my knuckle. I told Diamondère the problem and they provided the shipping to send it back to them. We re-evaluated my size and they fixed it for me. It was a fairly long process, but I appreciated their help the whole way through it all. I could not be more pleased with my ring!! It’s perfect. I highly recommend Diamondère for both quality and customer service.

Exceptional service! I cannot praise this company enough. I was the pain customer. Lots of questions and email exchanges that were answered very professionally and timely. I ordered my ring during a snow storm and trusted the string measuring technique. I highly recommend getting your ring sized at a jewelry store first because you will be so disappointed to have to return your beautiful ring and wait for another to arrive.
