Great company and beautiful earrings for my wife, came in time for her birthday. The only (minor) issue was the tracking notifications didn't appear until the purchase was in the UK, it would have been helpful if I was notified when manufacture was complete and it had left the factory.
The staff were responsive when I had queries about the delivery date. The engagement ring came with a certificate and valuation report.
We had such an incredible experience getting our engagement and wedding rings via Diamond Factory and Lucie in Galway. We had a previous poor experience with another jeweller that involved us returning our engagement ring, so we arrived at Lucie's with a degree of trepidation. However, our fears were quickly allayed once we started talking to Lucie. She was outstanding and careful in guiding us through the ring selection process. She was also incredibly clear at every point about the diamond clarity and certification. Once our order arrived, we were not 100% happy with the look, but Lucie quickly sent the ring back for alterations. When it arrived back again, it was perfect. Lucie was careful in managing expectations but completely delivered. We are thrilled with the engagement ring and wedding rings. What had previously been a nightmare with another retailer has been completely rectified, and we really owe that to Lucie.
