I wanted to share my experience with Diff Sunglasses.

I had a somewhat unusual situation. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses. When I received them they weren't the correct size. I contacted customer support. Jeza Mae. She was very helpful in helping me with replacing my sunglasses. She was very patient and kind. I am pleased with my new selections. Thank Jeza Mae. It was a pleasure working with you. And I will definitely refer my friends šŸ§” and family to get these gorgeous šŸ˜ šŸ’• sunglasses. I will also be ordering more for myself. Thank you šŸ˜Š again. Jeza Mae you did make a "DIFF" in my sunglasses purchase.

I really loved the sunglasses I purchased but incorrectly ordered the wrong ā€œtintā€. Customer Service was very helpful regarding my exchange. When I messed up my exchange and complicated everything they were very helpful in effortlessly handling the situation and getting the right items back to me.

A++ Customer Service

1 of 2 frames I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Jeza there reached out to me via email the day the first pair shipped clearly explaining my options. When I opted for an alternate frame I feel she went above and beyond to ensure I still got a frame I would love and they proceeded to ship out following day from the first pair. Customer service at this level deserves applause. Hats off to you Jeza & team. A++++

I own over 100 sunglasses from quay toā€¦

I own over 100 sunglasses from quay to gucci,Givenchy Amazon sunglasses etc..this was the first and last time I purchase from DIFF EYEWEAR ,they have horrible customer service,I tried contacting them which they only have email and they did not respond for days in which I was ordered the 1 pair which was the wrong style the other pair was ok..so I returned both pair in the 15 day return window..and they shorted me over 20$ on my return...never again and the quality was just ok

Brutal customer service and shipping times

Seven weeks before basic readers were delivered. These were only delivered because I escalated it. Then they proceed to charge me duty because Diff rushed it with two day shipping and now they wonā€™t refund me the shipping cost. Iā€™ve taken my complaint to BBB for a refund. Crappiest customer service Iā€™ve literally ever received

I wanted to make an exchange today

I wanted to make an exchange today. when I got on the website, I initially found the ability to make an easy exchange very difficult and frustrating. When I clicked on "contact us", I thought, "here we go with the runaround". Much to my surprise, Emma showed up on the "chat box" and was extremely helpful and patient! I took too long to find what I wanted to exchange, so my session expired. I got back on and then Mimi helped me through the rest of the process - & it was seamless! Both agents were awesome to work with! Thank you for proving me wrong and providing me with an unexpectedly delightful experience!

Several pairs of sunglasses with noā€¦

Several pairs of sunglasses with no problems at all. Ordered prescription glasses and had a whole different experience. Lack of help lack of response questions not answered. Eventually just canceled the order. Guess they are fine if you don't need any help with anything.

Took over a month to receive

Took over a month to receive. When I did, I ordered the Bella11 cream tortoise, only the left side of the glasses actually has tortoise shell colour on it, the right side is just cream. Looks like Iā€™m wearing an eyepatch!! Totally not happy at all!!

Cute glasses but average buying experience

I bought four pairs of glasses. One reader, one sunny and two Rx. The readers and sunnies arrived as ordered. One Rx arrived in the wrong color and the other, too big. After being asked the photograph all of the received glasses with their serial number I was sent the correct color Rx, was told to keep the incorrect color and theyā€™d send me up to $15 to have the too big glasses adjusted. The staff got back to me throughout the several week process fairly quickly and were quite nice. I get compliments on the Rx and readers fun styling. All in all, an average experience.

Poor return procedure

I have always loved their products but I recently ordered a pair that took over a month to receive. Now I understand prescription glasses take time but I have order several in the past and never had as issue. After waiting a month I received and prescription was incorrect. I completed the return request but noticed they had my email incorrect. I reached out via email 3 or 4 times and have never received a response. There is absolutely no number to reach customer service anywhere on their website. Itā€™s now past the 14 return window and I am stuck with an expensive pair of unusable glasses. I am very disappointed in this experience. They have still not reached out to correct the issue

I saw a pair of sunglasses an acquaintance had and went online to buy them after I took a snap of the model number and name. The glasses do not have model numbers online so we went off the name, "Bella II." Come to find out this is not the same glasses-- same name, different model number. We chat on the website, and after much back and forth they finally tell me the model I want is discontinued after telling me they were only out of stock ( and that I cannot exchange on backorder). SO now I want to exchange the glasses for a different pair, but since the promotion is no longer % off the glasses, and is now buy one get one free, if I want to exchange I will get a $62 credit and have to pay more for the same pair that was $62 one week ago. Very unhappy as I am now out of money as they charge $10 to send the pair back.

Worst Shippingā€¦

They have no clue how to ship a product. You purchase a pair and they wont bother to ship it until days later. Tracking is constantly delayed with delivery day being pushed back and back. They say 5-7 days...that is BS it is almost a month before you'll get it. Absolutely incompetent garbage shipping.

Again bait and switch no honor in their promotion emails

Again, Diff tried to lure me back with an email regarding BECKY II - HIMALAYAN TORTOISE + TAUPE MIRROR POLARIZED SUNGLASSES Sale Price: $39.00 Was: $109.00 You Save: $70 It was not 39.00 but 59.00 again bait and switch. Contacted them about it, they will not honor any of their emails and coupon codes

Lacking customer service

Unable to reach an actual person at the company. Email response was slow at best. BUT they sure started sending me emails immediately. I had a free shipping code that did not take when I placed my order. I had to reach out more than once to resolve this. Shortly after placing my order the glasses went on sale 50%off. I reached out asking about a price adjustment and was told they only do an adjustment within 5 days of purchaseā€¦.not very many days. The glasses I ordered have sold out then gone on sale for 50% off twice in less than a week. I will never order from them again.

Follow up review:

Follow up review: I never received an email back but package changed to shipped and then delivered. Tried emailing again, wouldn't refund me or send new pair even though it states it is insured mail. They "opened a case" whatever that means. I contacted my post office and filed a stolen package. This company is actually terrible I can't believe they have any positive reviews.

Beware of bait and switch emails

Diff sent me an email regarding sale with additional 10%off for a total of 60% off they did not honor the coupon code and reached out and they still will not honor the code. Bait and switch company.

Unsure if buy one get one is legit ā€¦

I ordered 6 pair as they had a buy one get one free. 2 months went by and was contacted by email to let me know they were sorry but my package was sent back to them. They asked if I wanted product or return. After two months I was no longer interested. So I donā€™t know if product is sent to customer or not. Not sure about how legit they are to me and their ad but one get one but did get full refund
