Have been using this company for years. They deliver nutritious food consistently, almost never have any issue with missing ingredients. Food is fresh and high quality. I love this company!
Very helpful that you can change delivery days, swap proteins, change number of meals or servings and choose from a decent menu.
The food tastes amazing. The quality of veggies isn't always top notch but everything else is! And the veggies are fine, just sometimes small or less than what you would get from a grocer. The portions are perfect and the customer service is AMAZING.
Terrible service. Just ordered my very first box and went to cook the first meal to find ingredients missing. After calling 'customer service' I was offered compensation for one missing ingredient. Easiest decision ever to cancel the box, pathetic service.
The recipes are tasty and easy to follow. My daughter is learning to cook and learning so much as she goes through these. We are all enjoying our meals and she is enjoying the lessons.

40 plus options per month, that are not upgrades. Even more if you include those. A wide variety of options across the culture spectrum, at an amazing price. The only down size is portion. We always have to add extra to every meal due to the low portion size.

The fish, shrimp and chicken options are great, the sirloin steaks are not good at all. They taste gamey and are very tough.
These meals are fast and delicious with quality ingredients at a good price - exactly what our family of 4 needs. Customer service self help has been easy as well.
Recipes aren’t usually complicated and usually take 30-40min. Decent menu size and options to choose from. Quality ingredients though peppers usually arrive a tad broken but that is due to shipping. Portion size could be a tad bigger when you have a growing teenage boy.
To Date this ends my first month with Dinner Fly App food service. No major complaints. However, I noticed a sneaky attempt to raise prices.! When I signed up, the flyer said- No Expensive Shipping Charges.! This last box included a Shipping Charge.! You Promised, but Failed to Deliver..?!
It seemed overpriced but as meal kits go wasn't terrible, we have been subscribed for almost a year with weekly deliveries. They recently delivered me rancid meat and refunded $7 on a $19 meal which the other ingredients were two Idaho potatoes. The rep told me that they only refund for the ingredient. To which I respond I'd love to know why two potatoes cost $12. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone about it and repeatedly reported my issue was not resolved and they ignored me entirely which is why I cancelled and will never go back. The disregard for customers is appalling.
Simple dinners, but healthy. Usually 5 ingredients. Great option for busy couple. Saved us from eatting out of getting fast food.

I love Dinnerly! In my experience, it's not only the most affordable but it has the funnest recipe options. Customer service is always super fast and friendly if I have a problem. Great job team.
Great recipes. Generous portion sizes and no excessive packaging. What's not to love?
