I ordered two Displates and the second one came damaged. After kindly asking Displate for a possible replacement, and after a swift response, they did so without asking questions and even said I could keep the old one. Even swapped the delivery company too just in case. Admittedly, the first plate I ordered was vaguely damaged as well, but not worth complaining over. If anything I've learned that Displate is a great company, and FedEx is pretty awful.
Although I received damaged goods, I received a quick and efficient reply. I feel that this store has done a good job in management.

The quality from displate is excellent, though sometimes the offer codes that they advertise at the top of their website like for me it was the free p&p doesn't work, but the customer service department did help! On the other hand they do give you a free 30% off code which you can't complain about. And the customer service is second to none they do reply to your response within a few hours depending on the time difference. At the end of the day you are supporting excellent artists 🎨 and I do suggest 😉 looking at them as they have everything 🙂

Passé commande le 10 mai 2024 Je me rends compte lors de l accusé de réception de la commande que j ai fait une erreur dans la taille d un tableau.je demande alors l annulation de ma commande.Vendredi soir il était trop tard, plus personne dans les bureaux. Lundi matin à la première heure je reçois un message confirmant l annulation de la commande et le remboursement sous 14 jours Je repasse donc une nouvelle commande avec la bonne taille Mardi 14 mai je reçois par virement le remboursement Fantastique
Even though I paid over C$150 for a single large Displate, I ended up getting hit with another C$29 of import duties when I received my package. I contacted support and they acknowledged that this is a known issue, and that the checkout screen highlights that import duties will be due upon receiving this package. I might have missed this notice, but either way, I would hope something like this could somehow be covered by the price of such a premium product, considering I spent over C$120 on my displate, plus another C$32 for shipping. Moreover, simply stating that "duties will need to be paid" doesn't highlight that you may need to pay an additional ~25% of your Displate's cost in order to actually receive it. Apart from that, the Displate I received is extremely high quality. I got a glossy one and it looks great. The packaging is top-notch. I liked the attention to detail that went into the set-up instructions, and the fact that they even send you a little alcoholic wipe to clean the wall before setting up the art! My suggestion to the company is to provide more information to the customer about how much duties are expected. Psychologically speaking, perhaps even doing an "Amazon" and just increasing the price to cover the duties, then saying no duties are due, might help improve the user experience.

This was due to a typo on my email address that was corrected when I contacted the Displate support team. I own myself now about 10 metal posters of Displate and I am very happy with them! The quality is excellent, the shipping is very convenient and you really get something from the money you give them. Every kind of poster has a perfectly printed design. And if you want to get one of the Limited Editions, they are worth the money either! The design is perfect and the 3D finish is amazing too! If you want to make a friend or yourself happy with awesome metallic posters from their or your favourite brand - go for it!
