Nice place with a good atmosphere and a good selection of unique beers. You’ll definitely find a beer you like. The downside is they don’t accept cash, so we cut our visit short and unfortunately won’t be coming back until this policy is reviewed. 😢

Bought a couple of kegs or knuckle down (amazing btw) drove from Hull to collect. Got parked outside straight in and within minutes I was back on my way. The kind member of staff even carried one to the car. Too service.
I ordered some beer packs and only one of three came. I advised them of the situation by email several times and they only responded once and then ignored the rest. I had to ring in the end to resolve the issue and had no apology. Will not use again. Thanks. Kaj

Great unique gifts, friendly staff on collection
I purchased two Dock Beers Fish glasses 440ml, really nice looking but as they were gifts for someone it would have been nice if they were in boxes instead of bubble wrap for the £18 Inc postage price. The box was damaged on arrival and no mention of glass inside.

I’m from cleethorpes but don’t live there so it’s great to be able to get the delicious cleethorpes ale sent to me, along with clap clap clap clap clap clap fish! I love their beers- customer service is great - quick dispatch and so many offers and new things to try.
Really fast delivery very tasty beers
Love their beer, and whenever I order anything it is dispatched quickly and efficiently. The one time there was an issue (not their fault but the delivery company) people at docks beers could not be more helpful and sorted matters out quickly.

Quick delivery, and good product, only small criticism was delivery notification doesn't mention Docks beers, just the fulfilment centre.
Ordered online. Got a notification message an hour and a half later to pick up. No hanging around at pick up- lovely young lady brought order straight out breakable in order was nicely wrapped.
Quick and polite service, parking can be an issue.
