i purchased my first pair of Donna Ida jeans at a pop up event in Yorkshire. the girls selling where amazing, they handed me the exact size , and style (kate) they thought would suit me and they did! ABSOLUTELY love them and i am totally obsessed with my new look. thanks girls
I am so impressed with their customer service. I ordered some jeans and they were too big for me and followed the return process and received an email from the customer service team. They assisted me in the order for the new sizing and still they were too big and I have dealt with this on email and the return was processed for me and return label sent. Hopefully my next pair will fit because the quality and texture of the jeans were fabulous. Very impressed.
Donna Ida is the most amazing company for customer service. Their products are exceptional and the quality is the best around. Valentina is phenomenal and so lovely!
