I really like the idea of these affordable dupes! I tried a couple and although they were beautiful they just didn’t suit me well. I’ve never tried anything with lavender, but when I did it was very masculine on me. I will be trying other options!
There was a mis-communication with the postal service, and my order ended up getting returned to Dossier. Andrew was able to help me get the issue sorted out in just a few minutes! I have been ordering from Dossier for years, and will continue to do so/tell friends about the site!

Customer Service is speedy at responding to any questions through email. I have not used the customer service phone number so I can't comment on that, but email is much easier for me anyway.
The company's payment portal and rewards was exceptional. It was a quick and easy process. I noticed I made a mistake on the address so I sent an email to support. They got back to me within 5 minutes. Amazing customer service. Can't wait to use their product. Thanks!
I saw an advert for this company, decided to purchase from them, received my items a few days later and was impressed. I love love all the scents I purchased. Ive purchased from them twice now and Will definitely be purchasing again .

I love the company! Love the products! My package was originally supposed to be sent back and immediately they ordered me a replacement order. The next day my original order still came and i let the company know cause i didn’t want them to think i was lying or anything and they told me to keep the replacement order as a gift. It was soooo sweet and so kind im very happy

I have placed two orders with Dossier so far (one I am still waiting to receive), but so far I have had good experiences with the company. Their customer service has been very responsive and helpful the few times I have used them (both email and chat). I think they have good quality products at good prices as well!

I hadn’t used my subscription for months and had no idea I was paying for it, not anybody’s fault but mine for not paying attention. Rep was very very understanding and helped me get a refund ASAP after offering other good options that she thought I might like. Thank you for your help.
Today I made a purchase and I had a tremendous scare when I realized that when I created my Google profile account, my old address appeared and when I completed the purchase they would send it there. I immediately contacted customer service and Mike kindly and diligently resolved the issue. How much I thanked him! Now to wait for my first order so I can enjoy it. Thanks again Mike!

This company is fantastic, not only do their scents smell amazing, they are cruelty free and clean. Their customer support is also incredibly helpful. If a perfume doesn’t work for you, the care team makes the return/exchange process easy, and the return doesn’t go to waste, it gets donated to a charity. I highly recommend Dossier.

I had sent back an item for an exchange and never received it, but that was my fault bc I didn't add the increase in cost bc I assumed it would be deducted from my Dossier+ account... I was wrong but Ion was courteous and worked wonders! I have been a fan of the perfume since '22 and now I am a fan of their customer service.

This is my second order with Dossier as I loved the set of scents I bought the first time! Although my order was stolen, Dossier customer service was truly wonderful! I thankfully had the protection plan which covers theft so I’m able to receive the perfumes at not extra cost. They responded promptly and assisted me with any questions or concerns I had. My favorites are Fruity Almond, Floral Lavender, Ambery Vanilla and waiting to try Fruity Brown Sugar and Citrus Green Apple. I recommend Dossier frequently and will be ordering again in the future!
