If I could give them zero I would. Drone had a fault, it would not connect to a phone by lead to update, When I did fly it, it was erratic and not like my other models. I know how to use and fly drones. Spoke with DJI, it had to go back. They were very slow to handle, saying it had to be tested. After 5 days told me they had tested it and found no fault so would send it back. I refused to accept it back and complained. After a long call they still refused so I opened a Paypal dispute. They then offered to refund but keep £20 for shipping. Paypal gave it all back. 5 days later they contact me because they cannot test the drone because it is bound to my DJI account. So basically someone was not telling the truth somewhere and they gave me such a hard time try and deny the return. I even provided a video of the fault and they didn't even test it. I was told they had tested it for several hours (obvious lie). All they have to do is return it to DJI so why give the buyer such a hard time. I will never use the Buy Direct Group Again because of this experience
Prior to payment no information about the delivery information was given. Only after the order was processed did I get an email with a DPD number, but the parcel had been set to non divert to DPD drop off so I had to wait until lunchtime on the day of delivery to find out the delivery slot time (also had to keep checking on the web site for updates rather than a email or text) I would not use this company again as it cost myself a day to receive to replacement battery.

Ordered a drone bottom shell replacement. Originally shown in stock. Alongside screw replacements which showed a 3 weeks delay. Gone to cancel the screw order today and now the drone shell isn't available for 10 weeks! They're quick to take my money but doubt my parts will arrive at this rate. I've had no update to say that the order will in fact be late. No way of contacting them directly without calling a chargeable number. Bot chat system is very limited. Readjusted to two stars. It would take a sensible response and update for me to update with something positive. I just feel really disappointed at the moment.
Upgraded to a Mini 4 Pro. Looked on Google and Drones Direct were offering the best price. I ordered Sunday evening and the drone landed with me on Monday afternoon. Very well packed, excellent communication.

Absolutely over the moon, I ordered the mini 4 pro with RC2 and free memory card and it was all at the best price I could find ,I placed my order at 6 pm and it was delivered just before 6 pm the next day and received plenty of emails keeping me upto date with what was happening fantastic service 10/10 for everything.THANK YOU VERY MUCH DRONES DIRECT .👌 👍
By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a drone and received a Mac book pro, whilst most people would of stayed quiet I let them know, hoping they would send the drone I had purchased. But no, I have to wait 3 days for them to collect the item, then and only then will they send what I ordered. No apologies, no support and no trust! Remember I was the one that called to say they had sent me an item twice the value of what I ordered. Terrible service, no apology just blamed DHL. I would advise you not order from this company as the support is just not there

Easy to order online. I bought a 4k underwater camera for a great price for my snorkelling trips. Have tried it out already on dry land.
