We love dryrobe!

We're a very outdoorsy family with two active boys. We love our dryrobes, as they keep us warm at the beach after surfing and on the side of football/rugby pitches every weekend. The customer service team have always been amazing whenever I've had any queries - super friendly and efficient! Keep up the great work guys and look forward to buying more products as my boys get bigger! Love that you're B Corp too 🙂

Amazing customer service & products!

Amazing customer service from start to finish! I bought my son a dry robe in the autumn of 2023 in preparation for a camping trip and the item was delivered promptly. Great robe, keeps my son dry and happy and was so pleased with my purchase. Fast forward to spring 2024 and the robe unfortunately developed a tear, which is inconsistent with the high quality of their products. I emailed customer service and they got back to me straight away offering to replace the faulty item with a new one. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received, everything about my interaction with them has been positive and I would recommend them to anyone. If you’re sitting on the fence over the price, go for it - it’s an investment piece and (barring freak accidents) will be with you for years to come.

Great argent, great company. Be of…

First and foremost is the quality of the garment. I took up winter swimming this year in New York and once I received my DryRobe I could not imagine swimming without it. The same goes for winter surfing. Changing out of a wet wetsuit after surfing in 25° weather? Never! Second is the customer service. A couple of teeth came off the zipper and DryRobe was very attentive and replaced my robe. Theirs is a level of customer service rarely seen in this day and age. I look forward to using my robe for swimming and surfing next winter. It has helped redefine how I feel about winter. I love it now!

I was looking to see if I could get any idea of a release date for the limited Dryrobe Alpine range of products because I wasn't able to pick one up earlier.... My wife was looking at a different this week and when I showed her the white Alpine robe from Dryrobe, she fell in love with it and said that she might wait til the next release date. So, I sent a probing email to the folks at Dryrobe and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick response about the product. They asked what I was looking for and once I told them, they said that they would have a look in the "back" and see if there had been any re-stocked. There had been a re-stock of what i needed. The Dryrobe customer service people were incredibly helpful to allow me to very quickly acquire a much wanted, belated, present for my wife. Once again I cannot thank the team at Dryrobe enough for the incredibly quick and very friendly service that I received. The team had definatley gone above and beyond and that has just won my brand loyalty to Dryrobe. Thanks again

Absolutely fantastic after sales, my Dri robe arrived Unfortunately, it was too big. I contacted customer services. They explained how to do a return sent the item back Tracking was kept up-to-date and got a refund within the week. Ordered the next size down had that within two days thank you so much absolutely love it 🤩🤩🤩

Faulty towel robe - hole in front only had since Christmas …

Son had a toweling robe for Christmas which has developed a hole in the front where the DryRobe sign had been structured. Been back and forth to customer services where customer service is lacking, lacks sincerity or is helpful. It’s obvious a Dryrobe and obviously faulty - not what you expect for paying £50/60 for a towel. I have had better ones for £15 off Amazon! You can see DryRobe reply - yes they replied eventually (3 emails down) to say just take back to person you bought from, have a lovely day. As explained it was a Christmas present. Their comment confirms my point about lack of customer care. For some reason I can’t return to them to replace or repair 🤷🏼‍♀️. It’s not like it’s not their product! Very disappointed after buying so much from them in the past. Quality and service has def gone down hill. They were a great company - now got bigger, customer service is lacking!

Withholding money

As per another review below I have had exactly the same experience when returning an order. I sent my order back on 5 April, and the intelligent returns portal claims that my return has been sat at the local hub for over 2 weeks. I also assumed that Royal Mail had lost the parcel, but when I checked Royal Mail tracking the parcel was delivered and signed for at the Dryrobe warehouse on 8 April - yet again days after I sent it! It seems to be a habit of Dryrobe to say they haven’t received parcels and not giving refunds. If I don’t receive my refund asap, I will be taking this further. Update - I have been contacted by Dryrobe who have now refunded my money and are pursuing a lost goods claim with the transportation company they use. They have also offered me a 15% discount on any future products.

I bought a coat for my wife as a gift. She had wanted da dryrobe for a long time and a I was excited I bought the coat early and without checking the sizes. My fault entirely but Dryrobe have been amazing at helping me put this right, so quickly and no fuss. Amazing service, and the coat is everything and more of what my wife was hoping it would be. Having had my dog dryrobe for only six months and found the straps and velcro had failed. Disappointed with this I contacted the customer service team, having seen the images of these failings, they did not hesitate on raising an order for a new dryrobe and it arrived promptly. Thanks again to the service team who were curtious, understanding and dealt with my issue promptly.

Withholding money

I hate to have to write a review as the customer service team have all been very friendly, but the situation I have experienced is just unacceptable. I sent my order back on the 13th of March, and the intelligent returns portal claims that my return has been sat at the local hub for 3 weeks. I assumed that Royal Mail had lost the parcel, but dryrobe (as friendly as they were) still refused to refund me, and wanted me to wait for them to raise an investigation after 30 days (18/04), but that would no doubt take at least another 2 weeks… I could potentially be waiting months for a resolution! As if that wasn’t bad enough, I have been trying to investigate myself, and I manually tracked the parcel on royal mails website. Apparently, the parcel was delivered to the dryrobe warehouse on the 18th of March - days after I sent it! This means that they have had my parcel the entire time, and have been withholding my money. I have sent a final email detailing all of this, but if I don’t receive my refund asap, I’m going to have to charge back via my bank!

Size difference

I have two dryrobes both the towelling type, purchased one last year and recently purchased another. Firstly I can't fault them or how they're made because they are fantastic and I love wearing mine, however the difference in the size is very noticeable. Both mine are large yet one is smaller than the other? Great time though

We are a dryrobe family & love them! We had to return one as it was too big but I had put my gloves in the one to be returned instead of my own when I was tidying up! The team were brilliant in finding the gloves & returning them to me… excellent! Definitely recommend! ❤️
