Katie at the returns depot. My post office had switched labels onto the parcels I was sending back and I cannot thank Katie enough for the help and support she gave me. She truly is an asset to Dune and this in my opinion shows what kind of a good company they are for their customers.

Not the best at online shopping I had previously returned some boots back to Dune. Their returns service was quick and efficient and I received a refund in a timely manner. The following week I needed to return an item to Debenhams marketplace where I had originally purchased the boots and for some reason the returns label was for Dune and so said parcel ended there. Suzanne who initially contacted me and the whole team were so very helpful and patient whilst I made contact with the other companies and arrange a return. I feel the customer support team went over and above in their service and I thank them for all their help and support whilst I navigated my way around online shopping returns. Many thanks

I bought a bag online and had an issue with regards to payment and price. I emailed Dune and Neel got back to me first thing Monday morning, in a response that was extremely helpful to my needs. Neel was prompt in our email exchanges and very respectful and attentive. I appreciated his kindness from behind a screen! It made me confident to continue being a Dune shopper.
It is my first time contacting Dune London but I had the most amazing phone experience from Katie today. I could not wait but return online to finalise my order. She was patient, calm and composed. Awful staff in the Oxford Street London Dune store. Awful manager. The staff was super uninterested in helping and were basically studying themselves/looking themselves in the mirror more times than I could count. When I asked the manager for help she wasn't interested. I'm speechless, I've never experienced anything like it. I did eventually find one girl amongst the staff members who was nice, though in the midts of our conversation, the manager interrupted our conversation and either the manager nor the nice girl intended to resume our conversation. My boyfriend was stunned too and caught the manager commanding/being overly strict with the other girls/staff members. Such an awkward experience! Nice shoes, awful customer service.
I had an issue as I could not find anywhere to put in a code I had been given at checkout and the order went through at full price. I spoke to Marie at customer services and she quickly sorted it for me and refunded me the 10% new customer code amount. Thank you Marie.

I am disappointed about Dune London. I ordered a pair of sandals online; it was available online and the order went through. The day after I received an email that they canceled my order. I am very disappointed with them and their customer service! Don't leave it available online if you don't have it! Most probably I won't order anymore from them.
Customer Service were very helpful in locating a spare zip tag to a broken suitcase on my return from holiday. Ellie was most helpful and promptly sent a replacement in the post.
Je suis extrêmement déçu. J'ai investi dans une paire de bottes Dune, mais en un an, l'une d'elles s'est usée à l'avant, s'est complètement trouée, laissant l'eau s'infiltrer. Pourtant, je ne les porte pas tous les jours, seulement pendant l'hiver. Les avoir achetées à 132 euros est une dépense conséquente pour des bottes destinées à être jetées après seulement un an.
