The purchase process is easy, delivery is quick, PC so far is great. If I had any criticism I would say double check the specs as advertised on the webpage V what you get on the invoice and what is actually inside. I have literally just checked again several days later and even after phoning to discuss the specs and highlighting the error, the incorrect specs is still being advertised. Come on ebuyer, get it corrected.

Our delivery was returned to Ebuyer because DPD didn't make delivery (as they never do to our premises). Ebuyer said that when we paid through paypal, our company name was absent; rubbish ! The whole point we use paypay is so that our company name is considered, as many parcel carriers omit that detail when they attempt deliveries. We have NEVER had an issue with our address with anything bought via paypal until now. The lady who took my call said she could not edit our address to include the company name for re-delivery which is ridiculous, so Ebuyer have now lost a £ 1000 sale.

Driver won't leave with anyone but myself but I can't be there. So item not delivered, address cannot be changed, driver scared he's charged for damage of a £3 item and customer service only offer a refund. Had contact 3 times now with company. Still as bad and full of excuses, seems they can't deliver 10 yards away so it's a refund. You guessed, never use them again. RUBBISH AND UNHELPFUL.
