The ordering and collection process was very easy the man in the shop was lovely. I always have Ecco shies due to a foot problem and can normally wear Ecco shies out if the box with no issues however this pair took some breaking in

Great product, quick delivery. Got runners which were very comfortable. Sandles also comfortable. However I got for pool, and when they got wet the colour stained my feet
Service was great with initial ordering and delivery…all excellent. When I tried to order a second pair..a few days later, I was told that a problem had occurred with the website..same problem on three consecutive days!! I should think you’ve lost a lot of business. I got mine elsewhere…such a shame as the service was first class to begin with..

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie mam zastrzeżeń co do jakości butów; wszystko było w porządku pod tym względem. Jednakże, chciałbym zasygnalizować moje rozczarowanie z powodu fatalnej obsługi w sklepie podczas próby zwrotu jednej z par, które zamówiłem. Osoba obsługująca mnie sugerowała, że buty były używane na zewnątrz i zostały zniszczone, co oczywiście nie było prawdą. Wydawała się wręcz upierać na swoim stanowisku, prezentując inne modele z tej samej serii i wskazując na rzekome różnice w wyglądzie skóry, choć jak powszechnie wiadomo, każdy skórzany but ma swoje indywidualne cechy. Oczywiście, mogłem załatwić tę sprawę z kulturą, ale niestety osoba obsługująca postawiła na konfrontację, podnosząc ton i sprawiając, że sytuacja stała się nieprzyjemna. Druga para butów, którą zakupiłem, została zwrócona z zasady w reakcji na nieuprzejme traktowanie, choć sama jakość produktu była zadowalająca i pierwotnie planowałem ją zatrzymać. Możliwe, że polityka firmy ECCO dotycząca zwrotów jest taka, że nie akceptują zwracanych produktów, starając się przekonać klientów, że były one używane, mimo że tak nie było.

Very good. Lovely shoes. Love the colour. My only quibble is that the right shoe pinches my little toe slightly whereas an identical pair in a different colour don't pinch at all. I'm sure they will improve as I wear them in.

I was disappointed with these sneakers. I had recently bought the same shoe in camel leather and had expected this to be the same but the nubuck felt stiff and was cut low around the back of the ankle. I was also hoping the colour was more coral than sugar pink.
