Currently on Carnival cruise and just bought pair of diamond earrings, diamond stone fell out of one earring before I could even put them on. I was told prong must have been damaged in shipping….for two thousand dollars diamonds should stay in setting for more than one day. Was also told this happens a lot , I have never had this happen with other jewelry I have bought. Lesson learned, buy Effy jewelry on cruise ships at your own risk!

I was promised after contacting the company that my item would not ship until the requested date. However the item needing a signature was shipped very early with no one home. Effy could not stop delivery and I could not manage the shipment by FedX since it needed a signature.

Took awhile (4 weeks to get a shipping response) pretty much what they said. It took alittle time to like the ring I bought but my GF loved it so all is good so far. No complaints. But there is a hope factor nothing goes wrong….

I was able to replace my earrings ( I lost one) and lucky for me, they had it in stock. The process was easy and Zoe in Sales was very accommodating and the customer service staff were great. I have received my earrings and am very happy.
