Wrong item was delivered to me. The customer service was trying their best to be helpful but the delivery services and times was extremely stressful. We were trying to fit it in our busy schedule but for some reason, they just manage to mess it up. Ended up with almost 3 weeks without a washer. Hence, we had to drive to launderette after work to get our clothes washed. I dont know how they messed it up in the first place.... having 2 different addresses on the item. Its the hassle and stress of making phone calls while I'm at work because of their office hours. This also applies to the delivery service that EDUK uses. Lots of miscommunications between EDUK and ArrowXL (delivery services). I just gave up in the end. Became indifferent with all the mishaps and blunder... hoping that the correct item will be delivered on whatever date they offered as the earliest. Whereby I had to make adjustments to our work schedule to accommodate the earliest delivery date they provided. Hey ho. It is done now. 🤷‍♀️
Bought some Technics EAH-A800EK headphones at a good price from these guys, comms were good and received the package quickly and with no fuss. My wife loves the headphones! Recommended 👍🏻
Got a good price for the TV and soundbar I was after. Very quick and painless experience on the website - it came quickly (and on the date specified) I'm on the top floor of an apartment block so it occasionally can be difficult having things delivered, but all was seamless. Overall, highly recommend.

Had a couple of bad experiences with some of the more well-known guys recently so shopped around for a TV, and was glad I did! Electrical Discount had a good price for what I wanted, and the delivery guy rung me on the delivery day to say he was making good time and if I was in then he could deliver it a bit earlier! Chuffed on the whole, would recommend!
I paid extra for a 2 day delivery for a washing machine that was advertised as "IN STOCK" on their website. The machine did not arrive so I rang them only to be told the machine is out of stock and they did not know when they would be back in stock but it would be at least a week. They also apologized for nobody contacting me at all. I no longer had any faith in this company so I got a refund and went elsewhere. This company advertises cheap prices but operates on the old advertising trick of " Well our prices are cheaper than anybody else's, WHEN they are out of stock!" Regards John Lynch
Very very disappointed. TV was via Amazon. Purchased last week. Delivery date showing as today on Amazon. Took day off work. Checked tracking on delivery co website. Arrow XL says next Monday. Rang ArrowXL who informed me that no delivery date had been pre booked by the retailer and offered next Tuesday. Someone is messing me around here, so am getting a refund. Easier just to go to Currys.
Keenest price for a Samsung QE65S95C I could find on the internet- so I ordered and paid for next day delivery as my TV had literally just stopped working. At 8.16am next day Arrow XL text me to say the TV had gone to the wrong depot- they would be in touch ASAP. 4.45pm another text- 'your delivery is ready to be re-scheduled' Advised Graham at EDUK who refunded next day delivery charge and apologised. I then went into online chat with Arrow XL who offered me a slot 5 or 7 days away! I advised its should be next day (Friday or Saturday at a push) to be told 'No you are on a standard delivery- so do you want us to cancel it then'? I asked Graham to refund my PayPal- which he did. Graham then went on holiday, and PayPal informed me it was an e-cheque refund payment and could take days. I explained this to 2 other members of staff at EDUK (Simon I think was one) both promised faithfully they would come back- no one ever did! As the days dragged on, I emailed (TWICE) to ask as I had now written off getting the TV quickly, once refunded could they just re-instate the order? Both emails were ignored completely, and eventually 8 days later the PayPal refund cleared. So I then bought both the TV and a ÂŁ399 Soundbar from Hills Radio in Brighton, who couldn't have been more helpful, made me aware I could claim ÂŁ400 back from Samsung by buying both and delivered next day- how it should be done! Sadly it seems that Graham was the only person interested in customer service, whilst the others were more intent on customer prevention....
