I had a problem with one of my pumps not charging

I had a problem with one of my pumps not working and the customer service was great at helping me problem solve and replacing my product asap to help me continue to use them! She was very helpful and did not make me feel like a nuisance compared to some other customer service reps at other companies I have spoken to when something goes wrong with a product!

I was very happy with customer service after my pump stopped working randomly. I was sent a new pump very quickly after making a claim on the warranty that came with the pump.

I love my Elvie pumps

I love my Elvie pumps - they are comfortable, discreet, and provide great suction. They are definitely able to empty my breasts, but the containers a little small (max volume of 145 mls), and I sometimes have to empty/switch out the container. While I am still not able to hold my baby while pumping, or bend over, its great to not have a large pumps and tubes dangling everywhere so I can get other tasks done while pumping. When one of my pumps started making a high pitched whine/noise, their customer service dept was very easy to work with, and sent a replacement hub promptly.

I presented my issue and being a mom you forget or get busy; they were so wonderful about checkin in and asking a questions, accommodating and so helpful with what to do next and how they can help in the best way they can and/or just make it right. I am very pleased with my experience with Elvie Support!

I not want to give you any bad comment because your products are really good and customer service is also Nice. But I have tried many times and many ways to contat from 18 days to their sales team. But till now i haven't get any sales person. If you can't give me your sales contact simply tell me that are you allow about your products if any one want to resell them? Please don't send me any old contact email to because i have tried to contact them through sales email you provided. But haven't any response. Kindly solve my issue and give me answer. Thank You

Elvie stride- wonderful pump and amazing customer service

My Elvie stride (which I had been using for approximately 5 months) suddenly stopped working and would not provide the suction it normally did. I tried replacing the washable parts but that didn’t solve the problem so I reached out to customer service and they quickly identified the problem (the hub/motor was bad) and sent me a brand new one that arrived like 2 days later. The process was so simple and they were very helpful. I love my stride pump for work. It’s been great! Would definitely recommend it as a great hands free pump.

Worst experience ever. Do not buy

Worst experience ever. Do not buy any Elvie products. They are a waste of money and when you tell them they do not work as they should, the customer service is beyond disappointment. They offer you a 15% code when you have already spent more than 300€ in a faulty product but never offer a real solution. What do you want me to do with the discount? Buy another 600€ product? They do not care at all. There are other pump brands in the market much more respectful, they take care of their customers and always offer you a great solution. Please, do not waste your money on such an expensive product when you have other options that work best.

Tengo un Elvie Pump que comenzó dando problemas tras unos meses sin uso y finalmente dejó de funcionar. Desde el primer contacto con el servicio postventa tuve respuesta inmediata y me dieron las indicaciones para intentar solventar los problemas, al no ser posible la resolución de los mismos y estar en garantía procedieron al reemplazo de la base control que recibí en la misma semana.

Elvie Stride has a fundamental problem

Elvie Stride has a fundamental problem! I bought my Elvie in September 2023 and there is one part (the most crucial one) that keeps getting damaged. Without this working there is no suction and so I cannot express to feed my baby. The part is called the ‘cap’ which gets a crack in it after a few months of usage. I managed to get 2 replacements while still under the 90 day warranty but the latest one has cracked again which makes the pump non functional. I contacted the Elvie Customer support who couldn’t help much as I was outside of warranty but offered to provide a 15% discount code. I didn’t want the code but wanted to report this as a known problem with the pump so Elvie can work on fixing it! I’ve bought another pump now but this pump is not cheap and such a waste of my money. I’m sure the other products at Elvie are better, but some rigorous product testing is needed for the Stride to either fix the problem or stop production.

I returned my unused product as…

I returned my unused product as directed and have yet to receive my refund after more than a month. Even though I have documentation it was handed to someone at the address they requested my tracking number and proof from the postal service. They have had their product that I never opened back since March 25th and as of April 29th I have not received my refund. Very disappointed in this business. Update - I have received my refund, but apparently it’s because I posted the negative review. Just doing everything I was asked and asking the company through emails for my refund a couple times did not get a timely response.
