Easy to order but discount is not available to to English Heritage volunteers - my 2024 card number was not recognised. Volunteers can get discounts in EH shops but not online.

I ordered some jams and relish plus a jar of mint humbugs, everything looked good, but, the mint humbugs were just like pieces of sugar candy, someone had forgotten to put in the mint! I haven’t opened any jams or relish yet so I can’t comment on them . As you can imagine, I’m a tad disappointed
