They have good quality maps and nice accessories to complement the map. The delivery was faster than expected. I ordered by mistake wooden flag pins instead of the push pins I really wanted, and they proactively contacted me with a discount on that product. Yuliaa from customer service was super nice.
Still have not received product that was ordered 24 April. Email stated should receive 30 April but product no where to be found. UPS Tracking is not working at all !

Item was ordered on 22 Apr and as of 1 May it still shows as label created but not shipped. I'm not sure if this a one person operation or not, but seems a bit ridiculous that it takes this long.
I have not received my package and I do not know where it is I cannot contact you.
Schon vor der Bestellung wurde ich von dem Team bei allen Fragen toll unterstützt. Auch eine Änderung der Holzfarbe bei der 3d LED Weltkarte war kein Problem. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert als gedacht, die Karte kam aber super verpackt ca. 4 Wochen nach Bestellung an. Die Karte ansich ist sauber ausgeschnitten und verarbeitet, nur die Inseln könnten etwas detaillierter ausgeschnitten werden. Anfangs konnte ich die LED-Beleuchtung nicht mit dem Handy verbinden, das Team aber hat mich sehr beim lösen des Problems unterstützt.
The map is wanderfull!! Made on great quality of materials and finishings. With the flag pins it gets even better to point where you have been or where you want to be next. Delivery worked great as well. It came fast. Very easy to install it. Recommended.👍👌👏
I was checking quite a few different places for maps and I came to conclusion that this one looks best. The quality is also amazing. Only recommendation is to check what exactly goes with your map, as some of them have all states in different shades, some unite US and Canadian states in a single plate. Anyway, the information is not headen, so it was easy to find exactly what I wanted. I also loved the countries pins, they are of amazing quality and add a lot of vibrance to the map as well as some gamification for the traveling experience.
We love our new map, and had a fun (and educational) time mounting it on our wall. A good challenge to get all the pieces in the right places, but I doubt there will be too many irate residents of Vanuatu upset at the angle of their archipelago!

Das Aussehen und die Qualität überzeugen in sich. Montage ist gut beschrieben und die LED ist überzeugend gut! Hatte Probleme mit der Funktion, da ich vergessen hatte, ein Update rechtzeitig einzuspielen. Der Support hat mit viel Geduld und vor allem schneller Reaktion auf jede meiner Rückfragen reagiert und mir zu einem absolut funktionalen und wunderbaren Hingucker verholfen.

Quality pieces with great double sided sticky tape, glue on small pieces not so good but you can use the double sided sticky tape aswell. Great customer support when i failed with a bad wall surface, making the glue not stick great. Double sided sticky tape is best for usage on all pieces.

Absolutely love this map. Came in 3 days and was very easy to install on the wall. Took me about 2 1/2 hours for the large sized map. Would definitely recommend.
