I really want to like them but

I really want to like them. They usually have a slightly better price than everyone else. But I can't look past the poor customer service any longer. I emailed them a week ago about an additional $5 they charged me that wasn't part of the agreed upon amount at ordering. Crickets. The pre orders take literal years past other stores being in stock and when I do get the chance to speak to them they're usually short and don't seem to care.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Entertainment Earth due to their deceptive practices and unfulfilled promises. This review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers who are considering shopping with this company. My recent experience with Entertainment Earth involved preordering a Red Sonja action figure that was advertised as available in May. However, despite the promised availability date passing, the product has yet to arrive in the store. This blatant misinformation and delayed delivery have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. When I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, the response I received from Entertainment Earth was not only defensive but also seemed to be written with malice. The lack of transparency and professionalism in their communication further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the company. It is evident that Entertainment Earth fails to uphold their promises to customers and lacks the necessary accountability in handling preorders. The misleading information provided about product availability, coupled with the dismissive and hostile customer service, reflect poorly on the company's integrity and reliability. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Entertainment Earth. My experience with the company has been marred by disappointment and frustration, and I regret placing my trust in an organization that displays such disregard for customer satisfaction. At this point I’m afraid to ask for a refund

Avoid at all costs!!!

I've never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I wasn't allowed to cancel an order I didn't need. They charged $35 to ship a gundam kit that cost $28 because apparently they charge you for all pre-orders you have when anything at all ships out. Then to return it I have to pay another $10 for a return label. And it's so convenient that the shipping isn't refundable. Y'know the shipping I paid for 6 items that haven't even been released yet but I was still charged for. So it would cost me a total of $47.38 to recieve a $29 refund. I can't comprehend why anyone would use this place. I heard good things so took a chance. Customer Service does not exist. I have never been treated so bad. Just a disgusting, predatory company.

Excellent customer service!!! I usually have nothing but good experiences with Entertainment Earth, but when I do have a problem their customer service takes good care of me. I just got off the phone with Donald Tapia, the Client Services Representative, and he went far and beyond in order to resolve my problem. I can't thank Entertainment Earth and Donald Tapia enough!

I have been a happy dedicated customer…

I have been a happy dedicated customer of Entertainment Earth for 20 + years and they are a great company. Normally my orders come in mint condition but today I received an order that both the box and figures inside were damaged. They were packed well and obviously EE was not at fault, but it had been mishandled en route. I called EE and Donald couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. He made things right ….This is why I will continue to do business with them . They’re a solid company with kind people like Donald who work there . Thanks EE !!

I've been shopping at EE for years now…

I've been shopping at EE for years now and have never had any issues. My recent order came the other day and the figure set was missing a piece in the box (it was the manufacturer's fault). I decided to give EE a call and got Donald on the phone. He was a great help and very friendly to talk with. At the end of the day, the issue was resolved. Just another reason why I like to shop at EE...for the great customer service. Thanks again, Donald!

Order change and Free Shipping impact ...

Called and spoke to Donald about a free shipping issue. He pleasantly explained how the situation happened, and then he suggested a way to remedy it. I took him up on his suggestion, and we were done. It would have been easy to simply say "No, I am sorry there is nothing I can do for you" but he did not. Thanks Donald!
