De bestelde leesbrillen waren er binnen 10 dagen. Heel blij mee: goed zicht, modieus montuur, lekker licht op de neus. Helaas viel bij een montuur het schroefje uit de poot. Contact opgenomen en meteen de toezegging van een nieuwe bril. For free! Opnieuw 5 brillen besteld, nu bifocaal. Ook weer binnen 10 dagen in huis en ook weer heel blij mee. Net nog eens 5 brillen besteld: bifocale zonnebrillen. Zolang ik geen echte oogafwijking heb en alleen een bril nodig heb om te lezen, draag ik Eyekeeper!

Screwless frames, Total junk, 2 pairs snapped at the joint within 2 weeks. Recieved them 30/04. They wanted to send me a free pair but didn't see the point as they would only last a week. They also wanted me to cover the cost of posting their junk back to them for a refund. Got a 50% refund in the end. Save your money and stear clear

Luego de reclamar por un error en las gafas recibidas (el color en las fotos era diferente de la tonalidad recibida). Corrigieron el error colocando las fotos correctas e hicieron una atención del 20% de reembolso por cada gafa pedida. Muy bien. Felicitaciones!. Muy satisfecho con la atención y la rapidez para solucionar el inconveniente/error

Even though cheap, still not worth it.

I loved the glasses when they arrived. Nice and chunky like I prefer. But that didn't last long. I've only been wearing them a couple of weeks , you can't tighten the screws because there aren't any. Which seemed like a good idea, but now the arms are floppy and they just slide off. Useless.

Slow delivery and poor quality lenses.

The delivery took about 12 days - which is not clearly stated on the site. It only has a vague 'will be dispatch within 2-3days' copy on the website. Also the quality of the lenses is sooo disappointing. I was hoping to use these a bit more broadly - for instance when working on my computer - not a chance. These can only be used when reading something about 30cm away. The frames are nice and bright though. I didn't expect miracles for the price, but I did expect more.

Screwless over sized glasses

The screwless over sized glasses I bought look good, but within 2 weeks part of both arms has broken meaning they don't sit properly anymore. Its a shame but they don't look that robust.

I purchased a 5 pack of "no screw" glasses which became wobbly and wouldn't stay on my face. Contacted customer service and received a prompt reply and replacement glasses with a screw hinge. Very happy. Would highly recommend
