I dealt with Ben while purchasing our Large Thriste corner sweet of furniture, He was unbelievable!! From the moment I began trying to get measurements etc Ben was on the ball with everything! Really good customer service.. We are super excited to have our new sofa delivered soon, all thanks to Ben and his speedy response and info it made things so so easy!! 5 stars because there’s no option give any more.. Thank you Ben!!! We’ll be back
I recently purchased a new mattress from your store in Limerick. The lady who dealt with us, Chris was her name, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and so nice to talk to. She listened to what we needed from the mattress and advised us as to which one was best for our requirements. I would recommend this store and this lady, in particular to anyone looking for change their bed/mattress.
I've purchased quite a few items from the store at Crescent Link, Derry/Londonderry, over the years. From dining tables to lamps. The customer advisor was Grace. A very friendly and professional lady. I love going in to browse and she always waves and knows my name. She allows customers to have peace and have a look, and chat on their own, with the assurance that she is there if required. I'm a nightmare as I'll go back and forward to the store a few times before making up my mind. She reassures me that she'd rather I did that than purchase something, only to find it's not what I want. I'm writing this, as on a a recent visit, I was looking at garden furniture. She was so funny and engaging. She lay back on the chair, pulled her sunglasses down and pretended she was having a coffee and flicking through a magazine. She also had a profound knowledge of the furniture and visualised how it would fit on our patio etc. I'll probably buy it after checking it a few more times lol. However, I want to say that for a shopping experience, that store is excellent and every business should have a Grace.
We were undecided until the sales person at the Crescent Link store in Derry, Caoimhe (I hope I spelt that right) gave us some assistance. Her knowledge was excellent and she had a real flair for visualising the shape and size of the room we needed to furnish. Very delighted that she helped us as it gave us the reassurance to go ahead with the purchase
Had my sofa delivered a few weeks back from the EZ living store at Crescent Link Derry. When i entered the store to purchase the sofa i was greeted with a very warm welcome by a lady called Caoimhe. She was so knowledgable about the products she was selling and helped me greatly with my purchase. She talked me through the different leathers on offer and helped me choose the best option for my household. I was so impressed with the courteous manner in which i was treated and her level of customer service was second to none. Caoimhe is definitely an asset to your company and someone who goes above and beyond to help you every step of the way in making your purchase. She helped me so much that i even purchased a beautiful picture to match my new sofa. Ylthank you so much Caoimhe for all your help and will definitely return to make further purchases from yourself. Ps, my sofa is absolutely stunning in my room and i couldn't be more happy.
I called into EZ Living in Ashbourne today to collect some garden furniture. I purchased 2 outdoor chairs & Jamie was very obliging and helpful and willing to take them to the car for me.
Recently purchased a beautiful suite of furniture from here and we are just delighted with it. We dealt with Caoimhe in the crescent link store in Derry and she was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We were doing up our bedroom and Chris in the ballysimon store could not have been more helpful and her knowledge in bedding was a great help. Our room furniture looks fab and our bed is so comfy. We will be back.

Hi I was in Ezliving Limerick store 2 weeks to purchase a bed. I meet the most amazing sale person. She was so knowledgeable about the beds. Everything we asked was answered. She guided us on which bed would suit our needs best. We are delighted with our purchase. So easy to deal with this company but especially the lady Chris who was very helpful. I made a purchase recently in the EZ living store in Carlow. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and was greeted by very nice and friendly staff . I dealt with a lovely lady called Lisa . Lisa went above and beyond for me. I was looking to purchase a few items and was open to look at a few options . Lisa asked me what I was looking for and asked me details of the room etc. Any option I was recommended I loved and she was very knowledgeable of her products . I left delighted with my purchase and will definitely be returning and could not recommend Lisa more.
