I would switch from dhl shipping. It was extremely slow and the box was destroyed in transit. For the quality of your product you should stick with usps FedEx or ups. It was honestly embarrassing to receive such a high quality product from such a low quality shipping company

What beautifully wrapped goods I received, so quickly after ordering from Fable England. I ordered a darling enameled squirrel charm for a friend and flowered notecards for myself. Tucked inside was a round mirror, perfect to carry in a purse. The mirror is bordered with a charming whimsical print. The tissue paper, it was all wrapped in, is perfect for giving the squirrel charm to my friend. She will love it!

I purchased the enameled deer brooch and deer bracelet for my grown daughter, as a child, she loved deers…the enameled detailing on these pieces are exquisite.

This is the third time I am buying a gift from fable. Each time they have exceeded my expectations- packaging, delivery, speed. Everything is perfect. The gifts have always been admired. I have never experienced a problem with the quality of the bags, using one small shoulder bag myself. I use it quite often but it still looks brand new

I was worried that the vegan leather would be stiff but it isn’t. The bag has just the right amount of stability I need. I love Fable England’s jewelry. I just received the Bengal necklace. It’s beautiful. It arrived quickly. I have 4 necklaces now and a few other small items, such as notebooks, and hair ties. The quality is very nice and the designs are perfectly charming. I love animals and find the designs to be so sweet. I store my necklaces in the little plastic bag, inside the pouch, and in the box they came in. The plastic bag keeps the gold bright. I have not seen any tarnish or dulling even on my oldest necklace which is 2 years old. My only disappointment was not ordering the swallow bracelet I wanted desperately before it went out of stock. Maybe someday it will come back to the USA site. I find myself window shopping the Fable site regularly. Eventually I want a bag, scarf, and earrings. Looking at the site has even gotten me into scarves!

I had an issue with the delivery provider (Yodel) who completely trashed a parcel and tried to hid the fact by placing it inside plastic delivery bag and putting a new address label on it. When I opened it the box a wet soggy mess. and the item inside was wet. I contacted the customer service and they were absolutely brilliant, responding within a hour of the initial email. I provided pictures of the bag, box (before and after opening) and the item. They apologised and immediately offered a replacement which was sent via a different courier. Cannot express how much gratitude I have for making the experience painless! I always dread contacting customer service as they make you feel like you did something wrong, but the Fable team were awesome!
