Every single meal that I have eaten is very good! I don’t choose meals because everything you offer looks great!
Good food but late delivery. My last 3 deliveries arrived a day late.
Meals are good. Portions are perfect. Delivery is on time. App is user friendly.
I love the meals, especially the 'patty' based ones. The pasta / noodles, not so much. I freeze these and heat later, they reheat great at approx 4:30 in the micro... I know, y'all say not to. I've also had issues with the trays cracking and small pieces of the tray getting into the food. I'm not sure where the damage happened but its happened twice now. I have pictures of the last one. Great food though!
Meals are FLAVORFUL!! Some seem a bit light and could be packed with more food. Would love some options without cheese. Very cheese heavy meals It would be great to have some personalization if possible Worth the price, convenience, and nutritious value
While I have only been a customer for a few weeks, there are a few meals that I feel could use some work. For instance, nearly all of the ‘cheese’ meals I’ve tried; even extending the length of time I heat in the microwave the cheese does not fully melt … or even soften enough to smoothly distribute throughout the entree.
Exceptional meals! Convenient for lunch package. A little pricey side if you don’t have promotion coupons. I can’t afford to get it weekly. I try to get it once a month if I can.
You will always have to 'top up' their quantities by cooking some of your own food. Their prices simply do not justify the cost of their meals. Further, be careful of your subscription because they do not send you a notification when you have an order coming up and will refuse to cancel it even if you call 6 days prior to delivery and have evidence that you will be out of town. Absolute predators, steer clear.
Little vegetable variety, green beans with every meal. Almost all meals are spicy. To add a steak meal for an additional $14.99 is ridiculous. Several of my meals look thrown together with cheap cheese slices on top that were starting to turn colors.
Love the food, convenience, deals, flexibility, shipping, all of it! It can be a bit pricey but I just plan ahead so I can skip weeks if I need to or reduce the qty I am ordering.
Food was not good - not well seasoned and cooked properly.
I cancelled this week and yet received a box. Thought after an hour with representative last week I had it taken care of.
The meals are pretty good. I'm finding that pretty often, the side veggie is not even close to a full serving. There will literally be 4 spouts of broccoli. I don't always feel like I'm getting my money's worth. And the protein shakes are kind of nasty. The meals are good enough to keep me a few more weeks but I'm considering cancelling.
The vegetables are soggy and overdone. Everything else is good.
I’m only on my 3rd box. It wasn’t delivered Wednesday. I got an email saying it would get here the next day. Did not come on Thursday either.
In my recent order may 13 I received exactly what I order. Just that this time I really no happy at all. The container with chicken and vegetables was broken and for some reason was frozen. The salmon I wasn't really fresh this time. Other than that the other four meals was ok.
Your meals are very delicious. They are a little larger than I usually need, and frankly I have found that I don't always want a restaurant quality meal. Sometimes you just want a good burger. However, they are so good that I am getting them, freezing some, taking a week off, so hope to keep buying as long as I can afford to.
