Penny from Customer Services was an absolute angel. I hadn’t received a long strap with my Mini Windsor. I wanted to know how to get one and was pleasantly surprised to be told they would send one out to me. An outstanding service from F& F yet again! Thank you all!!
cannot rate higher, I can never find boots as a petite woman that don't look like wellies on me and fit my narrow feet, say no more as Fairfax and favour is here to rescue you and your feet. I got a bargain in the sale and it's a pair I'm going to love and cherish for years to come. No I was not paid to say this.

I had been looking at Fairfax & Favor trainers for sometime deciding if I’d splash out and order a pair. I have small feet size 3 and not many shoes fit me well. I checked the small print about returns as find I quite often need to return shoes as they can be too big ! Then I saw they were in the sale early March ( birthday early April ) 80 day return policy so I ordered a pair. Didn’t try them on until my birthday and found them a little on the large side and very hard and ridged. Tried then on a couple more times but could just tell they were never going to be comfy. Returned them all in packaging only to receive an email saying sale item and only 30 day return policy and they were sending the trainers back and I should try selling them on Vinted or Marketplace. I have never used these sites and am now a very unhappy customer of Fairfax & Favour. I will not be buying anything ever again from them. £85 completely wasted !
Superb customer service - I was kept up to date with the status of my package everyday until its speedy arrival in Perth, Western Australia, which only took 5 days! The boots are just stunning, beautifully made, comfortable, perfect fit and I absolutely LOVE them. Such a great shopping experience with Fairfax & Favour means I'm a loyal customer and will shop with them again.... thank you!

I recently attended an appointment at one of the stores and had specified some sizing for various garments that I wanted to try. Unfortunately, one of the sizes was missing. I ended up taking a Size 10 in the Grace Trench but on return home it played on my mind I had not had the opportunity to try the other requested size (Size 8) and that it also felt a bit roomy. I logged the issue with Customer Service who were able to have a size 8 delivered to me very next day. This enabled me to try the garment and conclude it was indeed the best size for me. They then made arrangements with DPD to collect the Size 10. This was a very welcome gesture that saved me a potential trip back to the store. Everything was turned around within a couple of days and I am now left feeling extremely happy with my new coat. I am so pleased they were able to rectify this oversight for me as I should have originally had the 2 sizes in store to try. The coat is very well made and comes also with a garment bag to protect it when not in use. It can be worn in various ways - open at the top, or done up completely so its suitable for a number of different looks and has a reversible belt. Its very soft and is an excellent versatile colour (Tan). Again, thank you so much Rachel for the excellent service in resolving the issues encountered.
My daughter had an appointment at your Bakewell store for her birthday recently. She was treated absolutely outstandingly. From the moment she walked in to the moment she walked out, the service Molly and her team offered was so warm and sincere. The presentation and quality of the purchase made was utterly world class. There is little wonder this brand has found its way to the front in such a short space of time. Thank you Molly for making my daughters purchase so special. I’m sure she will see you again soon.
I ordered my Clarence Belt Good Friday and was thrilled to receive it today (Easter Sunday). Super quality, delivery and the courtesy response email to my order was a real pleasure to receive. I had the pleasure of an appointment at the Stamford store for my birthday on Saturday 23rd March. The store was busy but the ladies were very attentive and with back to back appointments, they kept us informed about a very short delay where we took the opportunity to browse. My friend and I were looked after by the wonderful Bronwyn, who was so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Bronwyn was very bubbly and we had a lovely time, she really made the appointment! We never felt any pressure to purchase and the one to one appointment was a very special treat. A lovely touch with the balloon and gift bag. Delighted with the purchase of the Nashville bag and another pair of Brancasters. Thank you Stamford team and most notably the beautiful Bronwyn who really made our day.
I purchased some ankle boots before christmas, having been a previous customer. In February, I noticed that one boot had split open and I contacted the company who offered to arrange a repair. The boots were repaired, and when returned, the left boot was tighter than the right. This issue was not present before repair. I contacted them again, and sent the boots for inspection. The company insists there is nothing wrong with them despite detailed explanations of the issue. I’m now left with an unusable product in the coldest, wettest months of the year. For the sake of your own sanity, please avoid. The quality and customer service is not what it used to be several years ago. Edit: No photos of this testing were provided to me, nor did the company respond to my final email. Very disappointing conduct overall.
I have been delighted with the brown mock croc mini Windsor bag that I bought in Louth a year or so ago. It get lots of compliments and it is wearing really well. The branding is subtle and the quality is excellent. Please F and F, do not go the way of another well known “country chic” brand by lowering your standards and over diversifying. You have it spot on at the moment.

I brought a pair of regina boots for my partners birthday. When she opened them they were scratched which of course took away from the buzz of opening her first pair of boots. However got on the WhatsApp chat and big shout out to Chloe for the best CS I've seen in a LONG time. She was rapid to act, getting a replacement pair sorted and she even personally inspected them sending photos also! Can not thank her enough for what she did.
I recently contacted Fairfax and Favor to advise them my umbrella had a strut that bent. Kamila replied and was most efficient, courteous, polite and helpful. I supplied photos as required to show the issue and within a day Kamila replied again to inform me a new umbrella was on its way to me, so pleased with this resolution, Fairfax and Favor are such a pleasure to deal with, they certainly do stand out with there customer service as well as there products. Amazing customer service, all the way in the USA. Bought 4 pairs of boots total with the first 2 not being a correct size. They made returns so quick and easy and I felt really comfy being able to find my perfect size and fit without having to fly all the way to the UK or eating huge shipping and return costs. Ended up figuring out my perfect shoe size and calf fit and bought 2 more boots that I’ve loved so far. I look forward to buying more things here! So far the quality has been up to par with higher end boots like Stuart Whitman. I was looking at another very popular British “rural chic” brand and I get the feeling FF is superior in every way.

I recently had a tassel break on my boots that I purchased back in 2020. I went to buy a new pair and was advised to email Fairfax & Favor directly, which I did and they were brilliant. They sorted out a new pair of tassels free of charge within a few hours and they was delivered the next day. Their customer service and the help of the ladies in store was second to none, I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them in the future.
Cape arrived within the notified time slot, beautifully packaged and included a full length garment bag. I found the fit to be perfect and true to my normal size. The address for my shipment was accidentally put in wrong, and I was very nervous about losing the package as it’s being shipped from the UK to the United States.
