Did a package pick up from my local post office and received an empty package. I reached out to Farfetch and they said it will take 15 days for a decision. I haven’t heard back from them.
I bought a pair of size small pants. I tried them on and they were too large. So I put them back in the box with all tags in tact and returned them the following day. I then bought a pair of Size XS which I have kept. 3 weeks later I get an email stating that their partner merchant refused the return. There was no reason or photos to back up why. When I tried to get more information from FarFetch Customer service they told me that my case was closed.
Ho già acquistato in precedenza e non ho avuto alcun problema.Qualche giorno fa ho acquistato una borsa di Balenciaga,l’ordine arriva in tempi record,soddisfatta della rapidità delle tempistiche di spedizione,apro il pacco e scopro che all’interno manca la busta rimovibile con zip(pezzo incluso nella borsa).Contatto subito il servizio clienti per chiedere che mi venga spedito l’articolo mancante,ma a quanto pare la boutique partner dalla quale ho acquistato non è reperibile,non dà segni di riposta.Se entro domani non avrò esito mi vedrò costretta, a malincuore,ad effettuare reso.Mi domando come sia possibile spedire un articolo di lusso senza controllare che sia tutto presente. E sopratutto non riuscire ad interfacciarsi in tempi rapidi con una boutique partner.Mi auguro di ricevere risposte positive domani.
This time I bought 4 items , which were located in different Countries. But they all arrived almost together, 2 in 1 day and 2 the next day. I thought it would be weeks apart. I was surprised and very pleased. I Love FARFETCH. I will keep on shopping with them for as long as they are open !!!!! Thank you.
Ordered sunglasses for vacation. Delivery date was Tuesday, which was perfect. But there was no delivery on Tuesday, and I left for vacation Wednesday morning. And they ended up delivering the package on Wednesday night. There was no one to receive my package. Upon arrival after 5 days of course there was no package at the front of my door or mailbox. I contacted customer service, and all they said the package of delivered and there was nothing they could do about it anymore. Although there was no proof of delivery, like a photo. So disappointed!
He sido lamentablemente estafado por Farfetch y no han dado ninguna respuesta a mi solicitud de atención. Compre un artículo que tanto en descripción como en imágenes se mostraba y ofrecía como un set de 3 y me fue enviado uno solo, en la única respuesta que tuve me dijeron que era un error de publicación. He insistido en que se trata de una situación que deben solventar y cumplir, pero más nunca respondieron (Soy cliente son status gold) lo que demuestra la poca o ninguna importancia que dan a sus usuarios reiterados.

Be warned when ordering! If something happens to be wrong with the item, if there is any damage, Farfetch will side with the store, not with the customer. I was a long-time customer, and if things are going well, they have a great selection, no doubt. But this time I ordered an item, that when I unpacked it I didn't like - I didn't even try it on - I put it right back in the packaging, and returned it. To my surprise I was denied a refund, because there was a "tear" in the pareo skirt. No one cared to find out when that happened, if it arrived already damaged, if it happened when it was unpacked by the store. I was blamed, very simply. I will certainly never order anything else at Farfetch, as this is no way to deal with your customers.
Hope I had a discount code. But apart from that everything was PERFECT. The packaging was good. The glass arrived excellently.

I bought a gift for my wife, they only sent half of the gift. Terrible response from them. Terrible customer service. Been over a month now. Still no refund!! Been horrible to deal with. Would never use them again. Hopefully I’ll at least get a refund!

Dopo quasi un giorno mi arriva il rimborso per un capo acquistato...peccato che adesso lo stesso non lo si trovi nemmeno sugli altri siti dove costava leggermente di più. Queste segnalazioni/rimborsi solitamente sono praticamente istantanee,non dopo mezza giornata! "Magari l articolo è stato venduto in negozio e non aggiornato sul sito" mi è stato risposto! Quindi se acquistate,aspettate almeno 1/2 giorni (come riferito dal servizio clienti) prima di cantar vittoria!
