Highly irritated. Hello I returned 2 items. Received confirmation on 5/2. However after multiple emails I haven’t received my gift card for my refund. I keep being told to check my spam folder as well as my inbox, however I have not received an email containing my refund amount on a gift card. This is frustrating because I keep being told the same thing. That it has been sent yet it’s not in any of my email folders. I asked for it to be sent to my work email. Was told it couldn’t be sent to another email address. I asked for my return be sent back to my original form of payment. Again I was told that this could not happen. I have never had any issue with an email being delivered with my correct email address. I have received ALL other emails from this company. I just find it very strange that the one pertaining to my refund has yet to be delivered.

Sizes aren't always true to size. I hate the return policy, I should get my money back to the original payment method. I don't always want a gift card. Charging for shipping for returns is a scam. Plus side, shipping was quick. Quality was pretty ok on the items I didn't return.
There's no customer service contact. Reviewing purchase option is controlled by the company and not the consumer. Return options never shows up.
I ordered some black slay sneakers but when I received my order after waiting so long for it I received white sneakers that were worn and dirty I’m so disappointed I will not be ordering again from them!!!
