Beyond livid. I ordered contact lenses as I had run out and they advertised a next day delivery service. I made the order and just to be sure I wouldn’t be stuck I contacted customer services on live chat to ask when I would have my product. I received a reply in writing that my order had gone through so I would have my purchase the next day. Having received no update from my delivery tracker today I contacted customer service and now have been told that they are training new staff and that I was told this in error. This is terrible service. Had I known that would be the case I’d have made alternative arrangements but now I am left without any options. I have an event tomorrow for which I now have no contact lenses. Customer service were not helpful in any way. I ask for guarantee that I would have them in the morning but was told I’d have to wait until The end of the day. This is a shambolic unhelpful service
