Contacted them through whatsapp and Nikki got back to me very quickly in answer to my query. They answered my question and when I mentioned that I needed a new handle for my razor they added a new one to my next order free of charge! Great service, I've been using ffs for years and have no complaints, great company and great people working for them 🙂

I haven't even received my products yet and I'm so happy with the customer service ! My phone defaulted my delivery address to my mums house which is 4 hour drive away and i asked them to change it and I had a reply within 5 minutes and by the next morning all was sorted ! So far so good 😀

Didn't receive the same product I ordered, razor isn't actually very good. Shaving cream smells like pva glue. Nightmare to cancel, they don't let you do it yourself online, they probably get so much money out of people who want to cancel but can't.

Used this company for about 3ish years. Did cancel at 1 time to try Estrid but i just didn't like the shaver personally as found the razor a little bulky and annoying to get into the areas so i went back but it was very easy to cancel and rejoin too. Also anytime i have needed to call the customer service via phone has been great, and it has been sorted quickly. I actually just tried the inova razor last night as wanted to pack my FFS shaver for holiday( awful) I wouldn't recommend buying the inova at all cut me to shreds, left bumps and everything and so sore and i will never use that in my life again. Other than FFS, i have just never found a shaver that's easy, smooth, and kind to the skin that you don't have to go remember to buy. After last night, i wanted my shaver and wanted a shaver handle to pack, so it's not a faff. Went on the website not realising they now also do travel handles so i wanted to add a few bit on my subscription as a one off (which you can also do) but for some reason i couldn't add it. Used WhatsApp to message them and they were great got back to me in no time and sorted my query straight away. Actually, found this even easier than the phone option and that was super easy as explained above. I would definitely recommend the shavers to anyone (i have) it's slim easy to reach areas and actually lasts. I usually get mine every couple of months although i shave up to 3 times a week they are great and find that each head can last me upto around 2 weeks. If i end up with too many i just pop on and change the date needed. Also the recycling part is also great. Thank-you.

I was missing an item. I contacted customer service and spoke to Nikki who replied quickly despite it being early and issued a replacement item straight away. Really appreciated I have ordered before and know the products are great value and quality and I’ll definitely continue to use this brand

Tried my razor today for the first time…

Tried my razor today for the first time and because the handle gets so slippy and it’s so unproportionately heavy, the razor slipped and cut a big chunk out of my finger! 🙁 first time this has ever happened to me before with other razors. I do love the branding etc so I am pretty disappointed as I’m now scared to use it again and I’d bought another pack of heads as well.

Difficulty Cancelling Subscription

Shaving products are ok, however I’ve experienced the razor heads falling off the razor mid shave as they aren’t very secure. It has taken me over a week to attempt to cancel my subscription, because this can only be done via email. It then takes 2-3 days for them to reply and even then, they don’t cancel it straight away but instead, offer alternative plans. So it has been a week and my subscription still hasn’t been cancelled. They obviously take their time cancelling to ensure they get as much money from you as possible.

Cannot cancel normally

I went to cancel as i found that Venus are doing better intimate shavers, and you have to email to cancel. Emailing to cancel is like living in 2005. I got an email back asking why I wanted to leave, which just prolonged the whole process. It took 5 days for them to cancel the account. Its not hard nor expensive to setup a cancel section on your website, it can even grab data like why people are leaving.
