I purchased a signed Pele jersey as a Christmas gift for my son in November. Unfortunately, the package got stuck in customs (not the fault or Firma Stella). I reached out to Ben several times and he was so helpful. I was worried that since the order was already placed and gone, I would not get much assistance but it was just the opposite. He went above and beyond to help me and was always so quick to respond. While we did get the package well after Christmas, it was in PERFECT condition. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Great Service From Firma Stella, I Initally ordered a signed Chelsea Jersey, unfortuantely there was an admin error and the shirt was listed as for sale when it had already sold, at first i was dissapointed but Ben from Firmastella promptly let me know and arranged for me to chose another shirt that was of Equal or HIGHER Value, which i did and could not be happier with my Signed Ben stokes world cup winner jersey, Ben was really quick to sort out the issues so overall great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

I’m delighted with my purchase - I haven’t bought a signed framed shirt before and to be honest it was a big investment! However, once I’d made the decision to bite the bullet, the purchasing experience could not have been better: the email communication was great, my item arrived super quickly, really well protected and packaged, with a certificate of authenticity. I’m absolutely made up with the shirt which will be the centrepiece of my newly decorated “sports lounge”. I ordered a signed Heungmin Son shirt and I couldn't be happier with my item. Firma Stella were quick to reply when I asked to upgrade the frame to premium framing and I had a very lovely experience overall. The item was securely packaged and delivery was incredibly quick. All in all, I would definitely order from them again if I saw other signed memorabilia I would want.

The product arrived on time and was exactly what I was looking for. I do wish they would have put a thick piece of cardboard in the package to prevent any bending, as it did come in slightly bent, but it wasn't to bad and I am still pleased with my purchase. 4.5/5 stars! It even came with a certificate of authentication for the signature which was a nice bonus.
Very happy with my authenticated autographed cricket ball. However, it’s not even just the product I am happy with. I ordered the gift whilst in Australia and when I noticed shipping dates meant it might not arrive in time I hastily emailed halting the order. They responded that they had calculated possible timing issue and so had held off in case I wanted to rethink or reschedule (thank goodness!) This enabled me to reschedule for delivery to India. Of course this then came with FedEx issues around customs but I was travelling and unable to attend to them efficiently. The sellers stepped in (seemingly available 24/7!) and did the paperwork on behalf! All in all I have never received such prompt, thoughtful and careful service in my years of retail. I recommend this seller on every level from product to service and after care. Thank you for working on my behalf so tirelessly to ensure that the gift made it to my husband on time and for your patience and flexibility working with my travel arrangements.
