Ho ordinato un primo occhiale che aveva un minimo errore nell'asse a detta dell'operatore (conversione tabo/internazionale). ordinato secondo occhiale per me, uno per mio figlio e uno per mia mamma. tutti e tre inutilizzabili. di quello di mia mamma, che ha le lenti che fanno vedere curvato ai lati (tipo bowl fish) si rifiutano di fare il rimborso. mi rivolgerò ad avvocato dei consumatori. ottico conferma lente difettosa e curvata. Stessa cosa per mio figlio che porta occhiali da sempre. Inoltre, continuano a dirmi che la ricetta che gli mando per gli occhiali è scaduta perchè riporta la data 22-5-23. IN ITALIA LE DATE SONO NEL FORMATO GG_M_ANNO!!!! ricorrerò sicuramente alle vie legali, sono proprio incapaci.
Las gafas son de plástico puro, una pena, me decidí a comprarlas, porque las opiniones eran muy buenas, pero me han decepcionado. Como punto a favor, el envio ha sido rápido y el seguimiento en todo momento ha sido detallado.
Que dire à part Merci ?! En fait il y a beaucoup de chose à dire : déjà la monture est nickel ( il faut faire ajuster mais ça c’est normal après tout ) Mais moi je veux parler des verres . J’ai une grosse grosse myopie ( -6,5 et -6,75 ) au tant dire que sans amincissement j’ai des culs-de-bouteilles au yeux. J’ai pris l’amincissement 1.67 et bah Bravos c’est PARFAIT. La vue est parfaite ! Les traitements anti reflets parfaits ! Et tout ça pour moins de 50€ et en 2 semaines … Franchement j’avais peur maintenant j’ai juste envie d’en comm der encore et encore …

I was a little sceptical at first getting prescription glasses online but wow I am amazed. I ordered 2 pairs (UK customer) and they arrived within 16 days of ordering. I requested to change one of the pairs for a new pair which had just come back in stock. The live agent chat was so helpful and made the change straight away as it was within the first 24 hours. Once dispatched the tracking was constantly updated. When my glasses arrived I was in shock at how good the quality was and how sturdy the frames were. I absolutely love my new glasses, the prescription is spot on and I’m really happy. I will definitely be purchasing again.
Great selection of glasses as well as price points. Customer service was excellent and delivery came sooner than expected. Glasses fit great thanks to using the Find My Fit tool. This also helped narrow down the choices. Highly recommend!

Such a great first experience with Firmoo. I was constantly getting ads for them and they finally hooked me to order. The price is insane for what you get and plenty of discount codes available. There is so much choice on their website, almost too much choice. I already had glasses from my opticians, so I put in the numbers from my current frame and got suggestions of glasses that we're classed as "My fit" which I assume we're similar in size to my current ones. I know it feels like you're taking a leap in ordering, as the try on's are never as good as actually trying them on in person, but I love my glasses!! If you have wondered about ordering from Firmoo and had ads like me, just go for it! You won't regret it. From ordering, my glasses took around 2 weeks to arrive. They also offer 60 day return or something, so It's good to know that option is there incase they don't suit etc. I will be ordering sunglasses next!

Super kann ich nur sagen! Versand nach Deutschland von 12 Tagen und alles genau einzusehen wo das Päckchen gerade ist. Verpackung war sehr gut. Die Brillen finde ich hochwertig und die Gläser mit Sehstärke sind korrekt und kein Unterschied zu den Gläser von Fielmann zB. Ich habe beim Sehen keinen Unterschied bemerkt. Jedoch hat mir das eine Gestell nicht gefallen, da es viel zu groß ist, obwohl ich nach den Maßen meiner alten Brille gegangen bin . Man darf die erste Bestellung zurück schicken, bzw sie verzichten auf Rücksendungen und erstatten den vollen Betrag. Ich habe gleich eine weitere Brille bestellt und weiß nun genauer Bescheid worauf ich achten muß was die Größe bei dieser Firma betrifft. Ich nehme die Brille die viel zu groß ist dann nur für Zuhause, somit geht sie nicht in den Müll, oder in irgendeine Spende was mir viel zu schade ist. Also klare Empfehlung für FIRMOO. DANKE wenn diese Firma das liest. Ihr seit klasse so ein toller Service, tolle Preise und schöne hochwertige Brillen.

Und das für 10€!!! 🥰👍🏼 Ich habe dringend eine Brille gebraucht, da meine Brille die vom Augenarzt verordnet wurde, überhaupt nicht gepasst hat. Ich habe damit plötzlich alles total verbogen gesehen. Die Brille von Firmoo war nun echt meine Rettung!
Customer service was great! I have prism lenses and they called to make sure I got the best lens for a great price. Frames are comfortable and so well-priced. Have had my glasses a few weeks and love them!
Habe gerade meine erste Sonnenbrille bei Firmoo mit Stärken bestellt und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Stärken passen perfekt! Ich bestelle bestimmt wieder.
Gostei imenso dos óculos, compra e entrega rápida já sendo a 2 encomenda que faço com eles, mas desta vez decidi comprar tambem os clips on... 3 pares de oculos todos com clip on de sol e condução... já tinha perguntado por redes sociais como funcionavam mas nunca obtive resposta entao arrisquei e fiquei extremamente desiludida pois pensei que seriam de iman e afinal é um bocado de plastico com uma mola que se poe em cima dos oculos, é horrivel porque nao dá jeito nenhum ver com eles e visualmente fica horroroso.
...het heeft even geduurd voordat ik mij multivocale brillen kon bestellen vanwege de wensen die ik had maar uiteindelijk ben ik goed geholpen en heb ik 2 mooie brillen ontvangen. Jammer de de meekleurende glazen niet gelukt waren maar ik kan het bedrijf zeker aanbevelen👍 prima prijs/ kwaliteit

Les produits sont d'une grande qualité avec des options qui n'existent pas chez les opticiens en France de plus le service client est excellent il trouve des solutions rapidement et ils répondent dans des délais archi raisonnables je conseille à 200 % leurs produits je leur ai commandé trois paires et franchement le rapport qualité prix est imbattable

First experience with firmoo, I’m so pleased with my glasses and the whole experience. They arrived so quickly, easy tracking, easy ordering, what’s not to love! We are seriously getting ripped off in the UK at specsavers etc, highly recommend trying this website the prices are so reasonable. I got the driving lenses and they’re perfect the anti glare is so much better than previous glasses from elsewhere. If you’re hesitant and reading reviews like I do trust me go for it!
