I came across a pair of FitFlop several years ago. I’ve grown so accustomed to wearing them, I can’t imagine being without them. The sole is thick and comfortable, it absorbs impact as you walk. The delivery was on time and the quality of the product was equally as good as my first pair, even several years later!
Nice shoes They rub a bit, making the not as comfortable as desired, but I'm hoping that works itself out with time.

Wonder Wellies are the best wellies I have ever had! The last wellies I bought were twice the price and a fraction of the comfort and quality I found with my Wonder Wellies (and they split after 11 months)! Delivery was quicker than stated also, so overall a fantastic service!

No replacement service, had to return item, wait for refund with a view to reordering. A lot of hassle for me when I was sent a different item to what I had ordered

I bought two pairs of shoes and… I bought two pairs of shoes and returned one pair. They said I would receive an email regarding the refund within 14 business days when they received it. It's been 14 days today, but I haven't received any refund-related email, nor have I seen any refund in my bank account. I emailed the customer service about it, but haven't got any response. How can they run a business like this? I won't buy shoes from here again.
I ordered two pair of shoes and I felt like I had to curl my toes too keep them on. I returned them ten days ago and haven't gotten a refund. I followed up with a text and didn't get a response. You're only getting two stars because shipping was fast.
The FipFlop wellington boats I bought are soooo comfortable I kept both the black and navy pairs! Have worn them a few times and I bounce along! Very enjoyable to wear and highly recommended.
I’m so disappointed. For the first time in my long history wearing Fit Flop toe-post, my new pair is uncomfortable. My calves cramp up when I wear them, so I will return them. The company’s change of manufacturer is a huge mistake.

Bought 1 pair and received a one time new customer discount. All good except they were too small. So I returned that pair and ordered a different pair and was denied a discount on that pair even though I returned the 1st pair. Seems to me I should have gotten discount on the 2nd pair. Love the shoes just not their policy.
