Ordered tread mill to be delivered 9-5-24 had tracking to be delivered 10-5-24 still no sign of it phoned tracking contact and not out for delivery today Contacted customer services no help at all and not replying to email very poor shop elsewhere

I had purchased the 40kg set of dumbbells (the body max deluxe hammer tone dumbbell set) and i wanted extra weights but couldn't find any. So i went on the online chat and spoke to an incredibly helpful employee named Chris from the Edinburgh store who was able to find the exact product i needed specific to my dumbbells and even the amount i should purchase to achieve the weight I wanted on each side. Extremely helpful and professional, great customer service.

Joke of a company. Received my first order missing 1 bar 4x spin locks was told missing items would be sent out, week later emailed again asking where it is was told theres been a problem and it hadn't been sent and was told they would send me a whole new order, 2 weeks later after I spoke to the rude lady that answered the phone my parcel arrived yet again missing items 2x spin locks. How hard isit really. Will not be emailing to sort this out as can't be bothered to deal with them will just throw it all away and use a proper company 👍

James was so helpful. One of the products I was buying was no longer available in-store so he arranged for it to be sent out to me. He off-set the delivery fee with a 10% discount on the product, which was very kind and generous. Altogether excellent service, thank you!

treadmill purchase had a great experience with this purchase. I had a technical issue trying to order item yesterday and when trying to order today price had increased by 50 pound Emma was very helpful and understood that I wanted to purchase the day before and honoured the cheaper price.
great sales team, in Manchester, but aftersales left me unimpressed. a part was missing from the original delivery and it took an age to get it sent. i had to chase to get it done and communication was poor. they'd said it been sent, when it clearly had not.
