The flowers are beautiful, but beware of Shopify as It pre-populates information fields and I ended up sending to wrong person. I hoped they would honor, but didn't.
Easy to order. Kept informed about order. Delivered when supposed to.

Their response to my disappointed email was swift and they went above and beyond to make amends. I am grateful for their existence and will be back!
FlowerBe’s posies are such a charming way of showing a friend you care. I’ve sent a few posies to friends with bath salts and tea lights for a pick me up and they have always been incredibly well received. The flowers arrive fresh and come alive after a quick drink of water. Customer service is also great and compassionate— a gift parcel went missing and the building reception that was responsible for it refused to help me investigate. While it was clearly not the fault of FlowerBe or Royal Mail, I was offered a replacement delivery nonetheless, which was an incredibly kind gesture.
Ordered a small posy for my best friend. The communication from FlowerBe was excellent. When they were posted in my friends letter box they notified me. I contacted my friend and it’s a good job I did as she had emptied her post box earlier and wouldn’t have looked again for a couple of days. She gave the flowers a drink and sent me a photo a little later. She was thrilled, they looked beautiful.

Very poor looking flowers, very small, lifeless and limp
After my earlier negative review someone has been in touch from Flowerbe by email . It seems that earlier emails had gone to spam - something they need to look at . The replacement posy arrived today along with chocolate and bath salts very nicely presented. I am very happy with how my complaint has been resolved.
The second posy (March) in the 3 month subscription has not arrived . What’s very disappointing is the lack of response to an email to flowerbe on the 18 March from The person placing the order. I’m trying to resolve this for her but there’s no phone number to call so we feel it’s a waste money and feel angry about this . Please please make contact to resolve this matter. EDIT Thank you for your response this morning, I look forward to receiving the replacement posy
When these arrived they looked a little sad but I followed the instructions and they perked up overnight. After over a week they are still beautiful and fresh, and are a little bundle of spring joy!
Flowers looked sad on arrival a week ago and were never really attractive. Main coloured stem broken on arrival. Within a week the only flowers with an acceptable appearance were two very small carnations from a spray and the thistle. Colours dull. Dull green hypericum berries turning brown or black. A real disappointment.
Very efficient and professional service. Birthday present to my sister who said they were adorable!
