I chose letterbox flowers for that reason but once again they were left on the front doorstep instead, for a considerable time! How is the recipient supposed to know?? If the deliverer knocks, the they should wait until it is answered or put a card through the door!! Fortunately, my Aunt was over the moon with the flowers when they bloomed.

Flowers were in poor condition when they arrived and never recovered as it was suggested they would. Will not be buying again.
I think this is my fifth review this year and I can only say how happy I am with the service and reliability. If on the odd occasion something goes slightly wrong they don`t just leave you "hanging" but react quickly to put it right.
Quick delivery, excellent bunch of flowers picked that all opened up beautifully. Stayed fresh for a remarkable amount of time as well! Will certainly be ordering from here again.

Ordered a rose plant for a friend's birthday - arrived on morning of the expected day. Friend was delighted (she said it was in "perfect condition") and is looking forward to planting it out in her garden. The system clearly works and prices seemed more reasonable than other sites I looked at. My friend didn't mention having received the chocolates that were part of the order so can't confirm if sent...

Have used Flying Flowers for some years now so wanted to use them to send a special yellow rose plant for a Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebration, when I viewed the plant it stated I could add chocolates as a Free gift but unfortunately when ordering it would not allow me to add these which was disappointing as it would have been a nice extra touch to the gift. The plant arrived on the day I requested and it did look beautiful.
