My old LUNA 3 couldn't be charged for some reason, so I email the customer care team to check on warranty on 5/14. I thought claim warranty would take a long time, so when I get online and saw sale is going on, I just couldn't help to buy a new one. 🙂 While after one day, the customer care team emailed me back with some helpful tips, which I followed and my old LUNA 3 is working again! Then yesterday (5/15), I had to contact them again to cancel my order. The customer care team is so awesome, respond quickly and assure me they are working on cancelling the order. Today, I got an email saying my order has been successfully canceled and refunded. I had such a great experience with the Foreo customer care, they are effective and put costumer first! Highly recommend and will keep using Foreo forever.

My device Luna mini 2 was broken and it was under warranty. I reached out to the customer service. They replaced mine with Luna mini 3. I contacted them back because it’s not what I have. They told me Luna mini 2 is out of order, so they give me Luna mini3 instead. Then, they told me they placed a new order for my Luna 3. Great customer service

I have purchased many Foreo products and love them. I recently purchased the Foreo Bear 2 and had difficulty accessing the Microcurrent Modes in the app. I contacted customer service and Olivia was promptly in touch with me. She contacted to the app development team for a solution. Olivia contacted me a couple days later to let me know team will have an update to fix the error and offer me compensation. Olivia was very helpful, friendly and wonderful customer care representative! Thank you Foreo and thank you Olivia.
