Hice un par de pedidos grandes en rebajas, los precios eran buenos (en oferta, si no es carísimo) y aunque tarda un poco en llegar, llego todo correcto. Ahora bien la atención al cliente es inexistente, el chat no funciona, no contestan a los email (aunque pone que contestan en 24 horas es mentira) y llevo un mes intentando que me envíen las facturas sin éxito encontrar siquiera una contestación, solo por eso no volveré a comprar.
Ordered a shirt on line Nov 2023 advised the team that it hadn't arrived by March 2024. I was told it was lost in transit and another would be sent. I advised them in May 2024 that the 2nd hadn't arrived. Again I was told it had been misplaced during shipping. This time they advised me that as it was now passed the magical 45 day mark that due to their own policies they could no longer help. They kept my money and did not supply the product. Disgusting and deceitful business principals. Smells like a scam buyers beware!!!!!
Ordered Mercedes Petronas shirt in February. Was promised to be sent in 2 weeks. Never sent. Got issued refund for shipping and today I'm getting email that it's out of stock? Excuse me? Never purchasing anything again. Absolutely disappointed and do NOT recommend. Ridiculous, worst company and worst experience ever.
Wouldn't even give it 1 star orders a mercades t-shirt in February only to be told my order was cancelled today (MAY). What a joke will never recommend this site to anyone. Worst service ever
I never received my order and have requested refund or return of items
Every order was delayed. I bought wrong size of some items and have to return 2 out of 3 items. I have follow return portal process. Shipment was collected and delivered to the warehouse, where it was in status Parcel has been added to pallet for more than 20 days. I need to contact chat several times to have any reaction. They refuse to fully cover cost of return delivery, even if it was done through return portal and followed all indicated rules. Shop not to be recommended to anybody.

Sigo esperando un pedido que realicé el día dos de marzo y estamos a 23 de abril y aún no lo he recibido. El pedido se encuentra en la misma situación desde que realicé la compra. Esto es una estafa!
Pre-ordered a top back in February, was told it would be shipped the 4th of April after paying, got an email to say on the 4th that is still wasn’t shipped and will be shipped on the 19th of April, on the 19th got told now may the 4th. Thankfully I finally got through to someone and was able to cancel and pay for the top off Mercedes website themselves that actually had it in stock. Bit of a joke.
I had an issue with returns. The company took ownership of this and resolved my issues. My faith has been restored and I will definitely shop with them again in the future. Well done guys for turning this one around.
Absolute Joke, placed order over 6 weeks ago and nothing arrived. Contacted customer support multiple times and no response, asked for refund, no response. What’s going on! Someone hopefully will see this from F1 and respond.
Realice la compra de mis tickets por medio de la página oficial para la carrera en México pero aun no recibo mis boletos. Comprenderán que me siento insegura porque hoy en día se oye de muchas estafas. Apreciaré su ayuda para tener cuanto antes mis boletos.

They charged me for a renewal even if the subscription was cancelled a week prior. After sending them screenshots of this, we had to exchange 3-4 meaningless emails before they accept to provide a refund which after a whole month is nowhere to be seen. Terrible staff and support all along, avoid these scammers at all costs.

Très déçu j aurai dû lire les autres avis. Commande réalisée pour l anniversaire de mon fils… après plus de 15j sans nouvelles et sans cadeau le jour j, j apprends dans le chat que ma commande n arrivera jamais, soit disant car j’ai noté livraison en Allemagne alors que mon adresse est bonne dans le mail de confirmation… et maintenant je dois attendre plus de 15jours pour être remboursé! Bref je ne recommandé absolument pas ce site! ( ps; le paiement au surplus se fait en Angleterre donc frais bancaire supplémentaire ), rien ne va!
I ordered twice from them. The first time they delayed me without permission for a long time, over a month. The second time, they collected my money, but they don't have the products in stock and put me on hold. They basically cheated me, they sold products they don't have in stock. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
He comprado una camiseta y me ha llegado una totalmente distinta, la he devuelto y ya ha pasado un mes desde que la recibieron y aún no me han hecho el reembolso ni contestado a infinitos email. Un servicio pésimo.
E il secondo acquisto che effettuo in questo sito ma acquistando delle magliette con il logo Ferrari, non trovando la giusta taglia per mia figlia, essendo esaurite le misure S ed M del tipo di maglietta preferita ho optato per una maglia o camicia con bottoni su tutta la lunghezza scegliendo la taglia M, ma è risultata abnorme per cui facendo il reso mi viene addebitato 22 euro per la spedizione un costo alquanto spropositato, di certo un servizio alquanto sconcertante per cui sconsiglio di rivolgervi. Ps. dopo la mia recensione ho avuto da F1 store un offerta sul mio prossimo acquisto, uno sconto diciamo apprezzabile, per cui valuto con 3 stelle il gradimento per questo sito. Dopo che sono trascorsi circa 30 giorni dalla mia spedizione del reso, non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso non so bene ancora cosa sia successo, ma credo che avrò molti problemi per ottenere ciò che di mio diritto di reso, per cui sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgervi ad F1Store. Oggi ho deciso di contattare in chatt F1Store e mi ha confermato che il mio reso sarà rimborsato, spero di aver risolto il problema con il mio rimborso per cui do un voto di gradimento migliore.
