We have been to the shop many times over the years and they have never let us down. They have delivered every time for us on all sorts of matters from passport photos to repairing our ancient but much loved camcorder. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
Of a number of pictures ordered, all but one excellent. One was over-exposed I think and colour distorted. Other photos fabulous quality - very pleased

The only reason I removed 1 star is because I had the photo shipped as a gift to a friend and no note was enclosed as requested in the comments. The option for messages greetin could not be found elsewhere on the website. My friend had no idea who had sent it to her. She phoned to find out but not before contacting the wrong senders lol

The picture I oedered came promptly and was as described in the website. I am very pleased with it.
First framed print arrived damaged, got in touch with foto factory. They organised a replacement immediately and kept me in the loop regarding delivery date. I must they were very easy to deal with and the communication from them was excellent.
I was very happy with my purchase, it was a great photo print of Spiddal pier. It arrived on time and is now on the wall of my son's apartment in Toronto. It is a local beauty spot near me and hopefully will remind him of home

I was a bit disappointed considering the price, and there was excess packaging which I found a bit unnecessary
I am delighted with my print, looks great and colours beautiful. Unfortunately the frame was damaged , but was rectified and replaced . I will definitely purchase from foto factory.ie again.
I contacted Foto Factory to ask their advice about purchase for delivery to Australia. They advised me to purchase online and then email them with a request for delivery to an address in Australia. They confirmed that the items would be delivered to the Australia address at no extra charge. The prints were delivered on time and in great condition. They are also of great quality. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

I received my print within a very short space of time I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and am having it mounted and framed and look forward to having this beautiful colourful print hanging on my wall
